On the other hand, the creative mind of patience opens us to options. In this series, we learn to understand and meditate on patience. Please join us. We are a group of 6-12 people who come together weekly on Mondays for an hour of silent meditation, walking meditation. No RSVP needed; just show up! We all need more silence and peace in this world. We end with tea and snack and a poem with sharing. Our first meditation is 10 minutes, then 5 minutes walking meditation, and end with 20 minutes of silent meditation. Beginners or anyone interested in silent meditation and fellowship are welcome.
