The Product Game! Fix The Flow
\-\-\- THIS EVENT IS FULLY BOOKED \-\-\-
We cannot take any more signups. Only the people who have been able to sign up on Meetup and paid will be part of the event.
**Learn Product Management by Playing a Game**
In this special edition of ProductTank Copenhagen, there will be no speaker, no slides, and no panel discussion. Instead, you’ll learn product management by *doing it* — through a hands-on board game experience: *Fix the Flow*.
**The Game**
*Fix the Flow* is a collaborative simulation where teams take on the role of a product team. Your goal: deliver as much value as possible to your customers over 5 sprints (25 cycles in total). Value is only delivered when features are fully completed — and getting there won’t be easy.
Along the way, your team will face:
* Difficult trade-offs and prioritization decisions
* Unfavourable events disrupting your plans
* Varying levels of team productivity
* Features with different levels of complexity and maturity
Success depends on your ability to improve flow, adapt quickly, and make smart product decisions under pressure.

**Game Inventor and Facilitator**
Yuri Malishenko is a Copenhagen-based product leader with over 15 years of experience building impactful digital products. He is passionate about agility, customer-centric thinking, and helping teams communicate and collaborate effectively. Yuri is also known for his ability to explain complex ideas through simple, powerful visuals.
**Logistics**
This small fee helps ensure commitment, as we have a limited number of seats (*27 spots available*). We have temporarily set the RSVP limit to 40 to account for typical no-show rates and aim for a full session. In the unlikely event that everyone attends, we will ensure that all participants still have a great experience.
**Practical Information**
* *Duration*: 13:00 – 17:00
* *Gameplay*: \~2 hours
Additional time is allocated for onboarding and instructions before the game begins. To keep your energy up during the session, *soft drinks and snacks* will be provided by the venue.
Projektkerítés Dán Kolbászból
Mérföldkőhöz érkeztünk: megtartjuk a Derrick és Harry lassan 15 éves történetnek **első külföldi meetupját Koppenhágában**! Estünkön a szokásos vidám stílusban tárgyaljuk ki a nyugati és keleti projektmenedzsment megközelítés különbözőségeit, specializáltan górcső alá vesszük a dán (és skandináv) vezetési stílust a magyar menedzsmentszemlélet jelenének, múltjának és esetleges jövőjének tükrében. A találkozó nyelve magyar, de nemmagyar résztvevők esetén villámgyorsan angolra váltunk! Várunk benneteket szeretettel! :)
Tuesday Foodclub
We are a group of people meeting on Tuesdays to socialize around cooking and eating together. Usually around 40-50 people. Many are international students, but also other people join. The foodclub exist independent of Meetup, we invite you because we have room for a few more people.
The food is vegan and made from donated leftover veggies from a local greengrocery.
The place has originally hosted leftwing activist groups, and many of the people joining are also involved in political groups.
If you want to join for chopping and cooking, we will be doing that from 3 to 6 pm. It is possible to join part of the time.
From 6:30 to 8pm we are serving food. Donation around 30 kroner. If you are helping out some hours, chopping, cooking or cleaning, you can eat for free.
From 8 to 9 - 9:30 pm we are cleaning up the place.
We hope to see you in our lovely foodclub <3

Shut Up & Write!® in Amager
**Co-working for writers in Amager!**
Join us for an hour of focused writing time. All writers and all experience levels are welcome and don’t worry, no one will see what you've written. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in the area.
We meet in this lovely spacious café, chilled out, usually not very busy at this time, with an on-site bakery of delicious pastries. Once everyone is here and settled, I will lead a quick introduction, and then set the timer for our quiet and focused writing session.
After the hour is up feel free to chat / take off / keep writing if you're on a roll. We often talk about our successes and challenges as writers, and it can be a great way to learn from eachother.
**A note about the format**
We don’t host critiques or readings. These events are a safe space for writers of all skill levels and genres to work on their craft, so no one will read or critique your writing.

Group rules
(TL;DR – Don’t provoke unnecessarily, but also don’t be a massive snowflake.)
This should be self-explanatory to anyone accustomed to conducting themselves in society, but let’s set it out in writing anyway.
Just be excellent to each other. Respect the diverse range of nationalities, personalities, and music tastes represented in the group.
Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
Racism, Sexism, Ageism, Classism, Ableism, Genreism, Homophobia, Xenophobia, Making people feel in any way uncomfortable, Trolling, Shameless advertising, Causing avoidable arguments, Not taking a joke.
NB. Swearing is allowed. Otherwise, we would have to kick ourselves out of the group, but swearing with the intent of causing offence is not ok.

Moral & Ethical Philosophical Dilemmas! Living With Hard Choices. Get provoked!
**“Moral & Ethical Dilemmas (!) — Living With Impossible Choices”**
Responsibility, Conflict, Values, and the Tensions of Modern Life
We live in a time where the hardest questions no longer have clear answers. Technology, politics, culture, and global crises constantly force us to choose between competing values—often with no option that feels fully right. What should guide us when every choice carries a moral cost?
This isn’t a debate club or a moral lecture. It’s a space to think aloud, challenge assumptions, and confront uncomfortable questions together.
***
**Topics we’ll touch on:**
* Can good intentions still cause real harm?
* Individual responsibility vs collective outcomes
* Free speech vs protection from harm
* Loyalty, fairness, and moral compromise
* Is moral clarity possible—or are we doomed to permanent gray zones?
* Do principles matter when consequences are severe?
* And finally… how do we live with ourselves when there is no “clean” choice?
Casual discussion. No philosophy background required—just honesty, openness, and a willingness to be challenged. Bring your views, your doubts, and your discomfort—and expect others to do the same.
Share your thoughts. Get provoked. And see what survives serious reflection.

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Mapping and Dashboards
**Total Eclipse of the Chart: School Redistricting Dashboards**
In this presentation, we will explore the utilization of maps, sets, and SQL within a Tableau dashboard to help provide “what-if” analyses generated through the use of a mapped dashboard, providing different scenarios and the potential implications of these.
While in this use case we are focused on a large school district, the concepts of utilizing existing data to explore the future impacts of modifying different geographic boundaries can be useful to many industries, balancing the mix of maps with visual analytics.

CBusData - Practical AI for Power BI Developers
Practical AI for Power BI Developers
A year ago, “agentic AI” was mostly hype for Power BI teams. Today, it deserves your undivided attention. For Power BI pros, there is now a real opportunity to reduce repetitive development work, accelerate delivery, and help developers do more, but only when strong DataOps practices are in place to make AI workflows effective.
This session is a no-nonsense introduction to effective AI patterns for Power BI and Fabric development. Along the way, we will make sense of the growing pile of terminology, including skills, plugins, hooks, and MCP. You will see examples of how modern AI tooling can help with development tasks across Power BI and Fabric, along with the prerequisites, guardrails, and DataOps principles needed to use it responsibly.
Whether you're burned out on AI hype or already using Copilot CLI daily, this session will show you the foundations that are finally making AI-assisted development genuinely useful.
