Join us for us for Life Drawing Live Stream every Saturday In normal life London Drawing is one of the largest independent life drawing organisations in London- we run more than 10 drop in classes a week across the city as well as workshops and events. In the current lock down this obviously has changed- So we are really excited to present our life drawing sessions online – and to welcome participants from across the world to join us!! Each week we will be exploring the body within the frame of the screen in a variety of different ways with some in credible models Join London Drawing Founder, tutor Anne Noble-Partridge and London Drawing tutor Josie Deighton for an exploration into what we can do within the frame of the camera. Expect a friendly crowd, good vibes and encouraging tuition- and some great life drawing exploration. Suitable for all abilities. This class is a paid session. We have tried to keep all our online sessions free or pay what you feel – but the dynamic with a life class is different as we are working with a model who is vulnerable and also set up is quite a complicated process, with rehearsal time and quite a lot of input needed from the model. We have to make sure any models we work with feel financially secure in what we are doing. We have tried to keep our classes as affordable as possible. Financial transparency: Our model will receive a flat fee plus 20% of all net profit from the class. Costs to Event Brite: £1.10 from every ticket sale goes to Event Brite Any profit over and above expenses will be split between tutors teaching and the host- at least two days work goes into each life class with a new model- promotion, research, tech set up, class prep, administration. Depression is one of the most common illnesses in these urban times where stress has become our constant companion. We have so many pressures upon us making us sink into depression. But then sometimes even the people who are suffering from depression do not know that they are suffering from depression, they will just fake a smile and stick it on their faces forever. But depression is not something that would leave you alone on its own. Maybe for someone, it might go away on its own however it is not guaranteed that it would go away on its own for everyone. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance".
