Nous visons comme public des développeurs de tout niveau et tout domaines qui sont à la recherche d’un moment dans la semaine où ils sont libres de travailler sur les projets de leur choix. **Horaires** * 14h00 - début officiel mais libre à vous d’arriver avant ou (bien) après * 16h00 - nous n'avons pas de fin officielle mais libre à vous de rester avec nous pour discuter, manger ou encore coder :) **Y a-t-il des frais de participation ?** Rejoindre cet évènement est totalement gratuit, libre à vous de prendre la consommation de votre choix sur place **Quand et où se déroule-t-il ?** Nous nous retrouvons les dimanches dans un lieu choisis par le groupe. Nous changeons rarement de lieu mais pour le moment, nous nous retrouvons à la gaieté lyrique dans le 3eme arrondissement **Pourquoi travailler à plusieurs ?** Nous pensons que travailler entouré de personnes motivées par les mêmes sujets dans une bonne ambiance permet de favoriser l’entraide et les initiatives.

Le breathwork – traverser et libérer La respiration connectée permet d’accéder à des états élargis de conscience, où les émotions, les mémoires et les tensions peuvent émerger et se transformer. Ce travail permet notamment : de libérer des charges émotionnelles liées aux relations de sortir de certains schémas répétitifs de relâcher des tensions profondes dans le corps de retrouver un sentiment de sécurité intérieure d’ouvrir un espace plus libre dans la relation à soi et à l’autre Ce processus ne repose pas sur l’analyse, mais sur une intelligence plus profonde du vivant. Il s’agit de laisser émerger ce qui cherche à être ressenti, reconnu et transformé. Chaque expérience est unique, et peut amener des prises de conscience, des libérations émotionnelles, un retour à soi plus profond, plus spacieux. You can write down your favourite topics/questions before the meeting. The meeting is participative and invite everyone if you feel comfortable being a leader and a power of suggestion. Anyway, to keep the meeting running smoothly, I'll animate the meeting to make sure the conversation doesn't get wild or boring and I wouldn't hesitate to reframe people. In case of lack of inspiration we have a lot of deep conversation question card game which can help to find interesting questions. ● 🍕 (Not compulsory) After the meeting we can finish in a nearby restaurant for those who wish to relax or continue our conversation. Advice for a good moment : ● Leave your ego and mask at home, we are not here to impress anyone but to be ourselves with our strength, weakness, pride and shame. Come with an open/deep/emotional/complex thought and vulnerability. ● Ask open-ended questions and invite the other person to describe what a situation was like for them or how they felt. ● Don't hesitate to be vulnerable and share information about yourself if needed. Consider sharing personal information first to gain the other person's trust. ● Adopt an attitude of curiosity and genuine interest in what the other person is saying. In this beginner-friendly session, we’ll demystify what AI agents actually are — without hype or jargon. We’ll walk through practical examples of how agents can help with research, planning, writing, coding, operations, and personal productivity. We’ll cover: * What makes an AI “agent” instead of just a chatbot * How agents break tasks into steps * Where agents are genuinely useful today * Where they fail, hallucinate, or need human review * How to design simple AI workflows for your own work * A live demo of an AI agent-style workflow from start to finish No coding experience required. Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure.
