The basic idea is that every group (a family or a business team) is a system where everyone is connected. If the system is unbalanced, for example by excluding a family member or carrying unresolved trauma (like losing a family member in a war), it can affect the whole system and cause problems. It is based on the principle that there’s a Knowing Field (Energy-Information Field) containing everything – past and present, the collective energy and the family’s emotional history. Though not fully understood and scientifically backed, everyone can experience it. When we connect to this Field, the real dynamics behind your situation become visible. **Universal Therapy** It’s a more advanced method combining Family Constellations with Gestalt, Body therapy, Quantum psychology, and Theta healing. How slow?** The idea is to slow down and take in the greenery, scenery, conversation, and the people around you. Expect a normal to slightly slower-than-normal pace. City walking is usually fast. This will be slower than that, but not painfully slow. **Do I need to come with someone?** No. Lots of people come alone. The format makes it easy to talk to people. **Is every walk in the same location?** No. Each walk takes place in a different part of London, always chosen for its greenery, scenery and nature. **How much walking is involved?** Around 5km at an easy pace. **What should I wear or bring with me?** Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that suit the weather. Have you ever wanted to get together outdoors and chill out amongst good company whilst being immersed within nature & amazing weather? If so, then this is the right event for you. Welcome to another one of the CHILL events where you have the opportunity to settle in the parks, form friendships, socialise, have a picnic and so much more whilst being immersed within the luscious greenery, botanicals and the gorgeous weather.

With this particular chill event, we will be settling in the inner circle gardens of Regent’s Park. The inner circle has some beautiful botanicals and some lovely greenery to settle on which is really ideal for relaxing, having a picnic and even being amongst good company. There is a small twist to this. Since summer is approaching, we may have some island music playing in the background to enhance the ambiance. If all goes well, we may do an aftermath and let democracy decide what to do. We'll meet at The Capital One Café, 167 Easton Town Center, Space A-103. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator. Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros. 10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session. (I’ll be the person with the Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.
