**For ages 10 to 12.** * Basic range of techniques * Focus on smooth coordination * Leading warmups and moves These classes will familiarise your child with a basic range of Aikido techniques, helping him or her build their skill set. Emphasis is placed on achieving smooth coordination between movements, which enhances both technique execution and overall flow. Our experienced coaches have the proven track record in preparing young shooters for high-performance shooting. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, a hat, non-marking footwear with heelstrap and sunblock. There is a toilet and drinking water on board. Participants like to contribute to expenses in appreciation of this opportunity. **Also**, please confirm your attendance by SMS or Whatsapp on Saturday for sailing on Sunday, to avoid no-shows and missed sailings.
