It is an outdoor movement class in a quite and unique location in Utrecht. We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. Whether you're navigating insomnia, waking up in the middle of the night, racing thoughts, night sweats, exhaustion, burnout, or simply not feeling rested, you're not alone.
