Join us for a small outdoor mat Pilates class in Utrecht 🌿 We’ll meet in the park for a relaxed, beginner-friendly Pilates session. The class is suitable for all levels and focuses on moving your body, breathing, building strength and enjoying a calm evening outside. Please bring your own mat, water and comfortable clothes.
