Dubbed “Baltimore’s Finest in Dixieland” by the City Paper, Sac au Lait has been playing melodies New Orleans Traditional Jazz in the Baltimore/DC area for over 20 years. The band brings plenty of youthful energy, mixing vocal and instrumental tunes to get people happy and dancing! The appeal of this music from the ’20s and ’30s is broad, and that has allowed them to perform in all types of venues for a variety of audiences. Ocho de Bastos first event this year is at the art blooms festival at Mosaic District in Virginia. I know several members of our group, also known as groupies, will not mind crossing the river.
