Papíron tehát megtörtént a váltás: az akadálymentesség már kötelezettség. A kutatás nem állt meg a hibák számolásánál. Az **adatok mögé** néz: * milyen típusú cégeknél történik valódi előrelépés, * hol stagnál vagy romlik a helyzet, * számít-e a cégméret, az iparág vagy a működési modell, * és milyen mintázatokat lehet megfigyelni az EAA bevezetése után. Az előadás bemutatja a módszertant, az adatgyűjtés és elemzés kihívásait, valamint a legfontosabb mintázatokat és felismeréseket. **Workshop:** A második részben közösen dolgozunk azon, hogy ezek az eredmények ne csak érdekesek, hanem használhatók is legyenek.
