As a new yoga teacher, I’m excited to share a practice that builds strength and mobility through Hatha Yoga and simple mobility movements. In this class, we’ll move with mindful breath and purposeful movement, using foundational poses and flowing sequences to wake up the body, improve joint mobility, and build functional strength. My intention is to create a supportive space where we practice together, learn from each other, and cultivate calm, focus, and presence both on and off the mat. Whether you are new to yoga or returning after a break, we will move at a comfortable pace, listen to our bodies, and celebrate small progress as we grow. Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure.
