**For ages 17 and above.** There are two types of waltzes that are performed in most ballrooms - the Slow Waltz and the Viennese Waltz. The classical Viennese Waltz is a quick ballroom dance that involves the dancers swirling around the whole dance floor, seemingly without touching the ground. The slightly easier Slow Waltz is a favourite dance among beginners and social dancers. **For ages 7 to 11.** The Asgard Foundation Trial class is designed for complete beginners aged 7 to 11. Aspiring fencers will undergo a specialized introduction program, with all necessary equipment provided. We organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but feel working alone at home can get a bit lonely :-) To ensure that we have both socialising AND working, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise.
