In this 1‑hour class, we practice gentle stretching and Hatha yoga with mindful breathing, focusing on basic poses, clear alignment and slow, steady movement. The pace is beginner‑friendly, with options to go deeper if you already have some experience, and the goal is to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to your body. I didn’t grow up with a sports background, and my body is naturally quite stiff and not very coordinated – that’s exactly why yoga has been so helpful for me. It gave me a gentle way to start moving, and over time it’s helped me build flexibility, mobility and strength in a way that feels kind and sustainable.
