Le garder sous contrôle —(fiabilité, coûts, conformité et sécurité ) c'est une autre histoire. Prompt injection, model evasion, data poisoning : les menaces sur les workloads ML sont réelles et largement sous-monitorées. Dans ce talk, on construit ensemble un dashboard Grafana qui couvre les trois dimensions, avec des alertes concrètes sur des patterns d'attaque détectables en temps réel. **Structure :** 1. **Le problème** : Un modèle en prod n'est pas une API classique : non-déterminisme, dégradation silencieuse, coûts variables… et surface d'attaque spécifique 2. **Les métriques qui comptent** : Latence, token consumption, drift detection côté fiabilité. Puis la couche sécu : détection d'anomalies sur les inputs, taux de refus anormaux, exfiltration de données via les outputs 3. **Démo live** : Dashboard Grafana avec trois volets : santé du modèle, coûts, et panneau sécurité avec alertes sur des patterns suspects 4. **AI Act & NIS2 : pourquoi ça va devenir obligatoire** : Exigences de logging, traçabilité et monitoring des systèmes AI à haut risque. "Paris, janvier 1761. Nicolas Le Floch, un jeune homme natif de Guérande, débarque dans la capitale, écarté de sa Bretagne par son tuteur. Le Floch va devoir faire très vite ses preuves et apprendre le prix du silence et du secret. Sa première enquête criminelle va le plonger dans le monde interlope de la corruption, du jeu, des intrigues crapuleuses et d'une conspiration contre la vie du roi. Encore un excellent policier historique, dans cette collection Grands Détectives. Fin gourmet, rusé, intelligent, on a dit de ce Le Floch qu'il était une sorte de Maigret du XVIIIe siècle. La comparaison est assez juste. Si l'intrigue est somme toute classique, la reconstitution historique est fascinante : on se retrouve vraiment dans le Paris d'époque et accessoirement, on croise des personnages célèbres comme la marquise de Pompadour." Cette séance s'inscrit dans une thématique choisie par les participants lors du club de lecture du mois dernier et qui est celle du **policier historique**. Vous avez envie de découvrir Jean-François Parot, diplomate et écrivain français ? Alors nous vous donnons rendez-vous dans l'ambiance cosy du Poinçon Paris pour échanger ensemble autour de ce roman, au cours d'un club de lecture. Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
