The EQ Cafe - Feel, Heal & Grow Together โค
**To Listen, To Be Heard. A Circle for Gentle Connection**
๐ฌ *โIn a world that speaks so much, the rarest gift is to be truly listened to.โ*
**About This Space**
Letโs meet in a quiet pause, away from the noise, to remember a simple but profound art: the art of listening with our whole hearts and heal together.
This is a guided, gentle experience where we practice seeing and valuing each other through one-on-one conversations.
Youโll alternate between sharing and listening:
As the **Expresser**, youโre invited to explore prompts that gently nurture self-awareness and kindness toward your own experience.
As the **Listener**, your only role is to be present, with empathy and curiosity, without the need to fix or advise.
Weโll weave in moments of quiet journaling and reflection, and close by
sharing insights in a group circle, learning from each otherโs inner worlds.
**Why Join This Circle?**
โจ To feel the relief of being fully heard, without judgment or interruption.
โจ To heal from the courageous softness of deep, active listening.
โจ To connect with others who believe conversations can be both safe and significant.
โจ To allow your clarity and connection to bloom in quiet, attentive spaces.
โจ To grow emotional intelligence with gentle attention to oneself and to another.
**A Note From Your Host**
BEWARE: NO MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING SCHEME IS ALLOWED IN THIS GROUP, THAT INVOLVES PROMOTING MENTORSHIP, SELF-HELP DEVELOPMENT, CREATING BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL FREEDOM.
I created this space from the belief that one of the deepest forms of human healing is to sit across from someone and feel that they are with you.
This is for anyone who yearns for more authentic connection, who values depth over small talk, and who believes that in listening we make the world a little softer.
Your presence, your attention, and your gentle heart are welcome here.

* **What Weโre About**
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, so join us โ and be part of a community that rises above circumstances and creates opportunities. Inspire and be inspired by those who make things happen.
It's a relaxed, organic space to connect with like-minded people and networkโgenuinely talking, learning from each other, and connecting over shared interests.

Casual Meetups: We gather semi-regularly at a local cafรฉ to chat about everything from stepping outside your comfort zone to business ideas, creative projects, and building a life aligned with your purpose. Itโs relaxed, easy, and welcomingโno need to have anything โfigured out.โ
An Easy-Going Space: We keep things simple and low-pressure. Once everyone arrives, we ease in with some light conversation and naturally break into smaller groups.
Networking: Feel free to introduce yourself or let people know what you're working on if you feel like it. And if anyone wants to quickly shout out what theyโre working on or looking for before we settle in, go for itโitโs a great way to spark new conversations.
* **Host Support**
If youโd like a one-on-one chat with me about your business, just tap me on the shoulder. Iโll be floating around and happy to make time for you.

- A chilled 3โhour ride with rest breaks every 30โ45 minutes

You can hire one just across the river at Blue Tongue Bikes in Batman Park. Easy. Feel free to bring an electric bike if you're lazy!
****๐ฒ** What to bring******
Bike, water, bike lock, helmet, fun and smiley ๐ ๐
**โค๏ธ Start & Finish**
Weโll meet at Love Cafรฉโbecause where better to kick off a flirty summer ride than a place literally called Love?
After the loop, weโll roll right back there to unwind, cool down, and enjoy a wellโearned drink together.
**๐ Vibe Check**
This is relaxed exercise, not a timeโtrial.
Itโs about sunshine, connection, movement, and a little playful summer energy.
Come for the ride, stay for the people.
**Group Rules and Event Etiquette**
**Fitness Requirements**:
This should be a moderate level of difficulty for most riders.
Please ensure you can walk between 3 and 4km/hr and 200m vertically in an hour. If riding a consistent pace of around 10 to 15km/hr is great. We usually walk or ride at a relaxed pace but people have time constraints and it's not fair for people in the group to wait around for extended periods for you to catch up. Please go on easier events with the group if you are unsure.
**People who walk/ride very fast and prefer being by themselves**
This is a group activity and I can't manage the group if it splits up, please consider going by yourself or joining a faster group.
**If people have time constraints**
Best to give yourself some wiggle room, Things rarely go to time due to various factors especially in big groups. If you have very specific time goals and constraints it's best not to come.
**+++VERY IMPORTANT+++**
**People who do a No - Show**.
This is unfortunately too common for the small group events, especially when we have people in a wait list wanting to come on the event. Remove yourself from the going list 24 hours before the event starts to give people on the waitlist an opportunity. **If you do a No Show you will be removed and blocked from the group**.
If you remove yourself from the event an hour or two before the event you may also be blocked and removed from the group as this gives very little time and opportunity for people on the waitlist to prepare and is inherently unfair to people on the waitlist. Please communicate with me if you do not want to be blocked and removed from the group.
**People who turn up without registering**
This is a major security concern, **DO NOT DO THIS**.You will be asked to leave the event unless you have made arrangements with me **PRIOR** to the event.
**People who are late**
You will be left behind and or removed and blocked from the group as a No-Show. It is your responsibility to communicate with the organiser if you think you will be late, otherwise you will be blocked and removed from the group. It is up to you to catch up and or attempt to communicate with me.
