This 45-minute session combines nature exposure with simple mindfulness and mind-body practices (gentle movement, guided meditation, and nature awareness), to promote your holistic wellbeing and offer a positive and restorative break to your day. We'll hike about 2.5 miles on the Scioto Audobon Trail and can extend the distance as the group prefers.
