Pour mesurer les mouvements des étoiles avec la plus grande précision possible, quoi de mieux que de le faire dans les galaxies les plus proches, celles du Groupe local ? Aujourd'hui, grâce au satellite Gaia, nous pouvons calculer les vitesses en trois dimensions des étoiles de notre Galaxie, ainsi que celles des galaxies naines qui nous environnent. La courbe de rotation la plus précise de la Galaxie a été ainsi obtenue, avec pour la première fois, la détection d'un fort déclin des vitesses circulaires au bord de son disque. Cela indique une fraction de matière sombre bien inférieure aux attendus de la cosmologie, similaire à celle déduite de la modélisation complète de la grande Galaxie d'Andromède. Gaia a aussi montré que la plupart des galaxies naines ont des vitesses orbitales si élevées qu'elles n'ont pu rejoindre la Voie lactée qu'à une époque récente. Durant leurs chutes, les effets de marée et de pression dynamique de notre Galaxie sont tels que les galaxies naines ne sont plus en équilibre dynamique, ce qui suggère qu'elles ne contiennent pas ou peu de matière sombre. To measure stellar motions with the greatest possible precision, what could be better than doing so in the closest galaxies—the ones in the Local Group? Today, thanks to the Gaia satellite, we can calculate the three-dimensional velocities of the stars in our Galaxy, as well as those of the dwarf galaxies surrounding us. The most precise rotation curve of the Galaxy has thus been obtained, with, for the first time, the detection of a strong decline in circular velocities at the edge of its disk. This indicates a fraction of dark matter far lower than what cosmology predicts, similar to that inferred from full modelling of the large Andromeda Galaxy. Gaia has also shown that most dwarf galaxies have orbital velocities so high that they could only have joined the Milky Way recently. During their infall, the tidal and ram-pressure effects of our Galaxy are such that the dwarf galaxies are no longer in dynamical equilibrium, which suggests that they contain little or no dark matter. I will discuss the potential consequences of these results for modern cosmology." Le travail vécu dans une constellation agit par résonance sur tous : le constellé, les représentants et même les observateurs. Par le soutien du collectif, une prise de conscience profonde peut émerger, révélant des nœuds intérieurs souvent à l’origine de nos expériences de vie. Grâce à la mise en représentation du système, il devient possible de comprendre l’origine d’un processus, de réintégrer des informations manquantes, et de rétablir peu à peu l’« ordre du système ». \*\*\* Comment se déroule une constellation de groupe ? Le constellé est au centre : il apporte une question claire et concrète, un nœud de vie appelant à une évolution. Les représentants, choisis dans le groupe, sont placés dans l’espace. Par leur ressenti, ils entrent en connexion avec le champ du sujet et donnent vie aux dynamiques sous-jacentes. Le facilitateur (ou constellateur) garde l’espace, accompagne et oriente le processus, afin de permettre au mouvement de révéler ce qui cherche à se dire. Les représentants expriment ce qu’ils perçoivent, ce qui met en lumière les émotions, les dynamiques relationnelles ou les mémoires qui agissent dans l’inconscient du système. De là, un chemin s’ouvre vers la redéfinition du système, une transformation qui agit en profondeur, non seulement pour le constellé, mais pour chacun des participants. \*\*\* Une constellation est bien plus qu’un travail individuel : c’est une expérience collective de libération, où chacun reçoit, à la mesure de son ouverture et de son intention partagée. Participation : Tarif constellé, pour faire sa propre constellation : 100 euros. Tarif représentants et observateurs : 25 euros. Chaque constellation dure environ 1h à 1h30 et agit comme un déclencheur de transformation pour tous les participants. Aucune connaissance préalable n'est requise.
