Build & Learn: Data Science with Coffee Badge for Lindsey
Build & Learn: Data Science with Coffee Badge for Lindsey
**📅 Week 1 Focus: Kickoff & New Shared Project Theme** We’re starting a new **7-week cycle** with a clear theme: **building one data science project together from start to finish.** 👩‍💻 No experience required Each 7-week cycle focuses on a **small, well-defined part of a larger system**—and over time, these cycles build toward a complete, real-world project (covering data engineering, data science, and deployment). You’re welcome to work on your own project if you prefer, but the shared project gives everyone a common foundation and learning rhythm. 🧠 2026 First Project This cycle’s shared project is an **image-based knowledge extraction system**., including: * Taking photos of book pages or documents * Extracting and cleaning text from images * Structuring that information into something useful (e.g. flashcards, notes, summaries) 📌 By the End of a Full Cycle, You should Have 🎯 A working project in your own GitHub repo 🎯 A small but real portfolio piece you can demo or write about 🎯 Experience going from messy inputs → concrete outcomes Perfection isn’t the goal—finishing something real is. ✨ Who’s Hosting? I’m Lindsey, a senior data scientist working on AI, causal inference, and data products. I’ve built models for fraud detection, uplift modeling, and LLM-based systems—and I care a lot about learning through building, not hype. 📅 When: Saturday, Jan 24 · 9:30–11:30 📍 Where: Torstraße 59, Forward Earth 💻 Bring: Your laptop, an idea—or just curiosity
Lousy & Lazy SC - Mixed Friendly Football
Lousy & Lazy SC - Mixed Friendly Football
Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or not so talented? Are you tired of insecure bros who only want to show off their skills? **Then [Lousy & Lazy Football](https://www.instagram.com/landlsc/) is the right thing for you!** We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (+18) and nationalities welcome. **Feel free to join the waitlist even if it seems long - sometimes we make the event larger and play on two pitches (24 players, four teams) or even three pitches (36 players, six teams), depending on demand.** Note: **We do not allow high-studded football boots during our sessions.** To avoid injuries, we only play with "Multinocken" (multistuds) or shorter. Please have a look here: [link](https://www.11teamsports.com/de-de/fussballschuhe/multinocken/). Rules for lazy & lousy football 1. **Don’t be competitive** 2. **No hard tackling/sliding challenges** 3. **Support new players by giving them the time and space to play the ball** 4. **Don’t dribble past multiple players (trying to take on a player is fine but at no point should you be trying to dribble past multiple players).** 5. **Don’t close down the defenders too quickly. Give the team a chance to play the ball out.** 6. **Rotate the goalkeeper** 7. **Be a teamplayer** Waiting list: This meetup is for members of the Lousy & Lazy Sport Club. If you want to try out our lousy & lazy sport events, you can do a trial run (Probetraining).
The Agentic AI Engineering Lab: Build, Break & Iterate
The Agentic AI Engineering Lab: Build, Break & Iterate
**The Vibe:** Agentic AI is moving too fast for „best practices.“ We are here to experiment, debug, and learn from each other. **The Plan:** I’m hosting a micro-meetup for software engineers who are actively exploring autonomous AI agents. Whether you are building with CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or experimenting with local LLMs – let’s compare notes. This is a „Lab“ session. We will: \* **Show & Tell:** Share what you are working on (even if it’s broken). \* **Dissect Approaches:** Discuss how to handle context, loops, and hallucinations in production. \* **Hands-on:** Bring your laptop. We try different setups live. The Logistics: 📍 Location: My Office in Grunewald area – Boardroom. 🎟 Capacity: Strictly limited to 6 seats. 🍕 Food/Drinks: Snacks and drinks provided. Who is this for? **Professionals eager to actively shape the future and elevate software engineering through Agentic AI.** We are looking for people ready to co-create the next generation of workflows, not just watch from the sidelines. Since we are a very small group, please only register if you are willing to actively participate in the discussion and hands-on lab work.

We begin by awakening and relaxing the body. Then we focus on an intensely gentle and enjoyable slow external anal massage. We can release the taboos we may have learned about our anus, deepen intimacy and build trust. The second part of the workshop is an invitation to go deeper and explore the pleasures of anal eroticism, including how to contact the “male G spot”. You have the possibility to explore conscious breathing, verbal communication about your desires, needs and limits, and respectful touch. This way you can better get to know your individual rhythm that will allow you to indulge in and enjoy intimate anal experiences. **What is SOUL OF SKIN?** **[SOUL OF SKIN](https://wearevillage.org/en/soul-of-skin)** is a massage training in a two-year cycle and consists of eight weekend workshops. The eight weekends/methods can also be booked individually. Professional and experienced practitioners teach a method in each module. Discover the massage as a form of intimate encounter! Expand your possibilities as a professional, lover and partner! **Who is SOUL OF SKIN aimed at**? The workshop cycle is aimed at GBTQ+ men\*, beginners, those with massage experience or those who deal professionally with bodywork. **How can I participate in SOUL OF SKIN?** The modules can be booked individually. They don’t build on each other. Each method stands for itself and can be an enrichment for you. You can start at any time and combine or catch up on the modules as you wish. **Why SOUL OF SKIN?** You will learn and experience effective methods for healing, relaxation and enjoyment. You discover the massage as a form of intimate encounter. You expand your possibilities as a professional, lover and partner! You will learn concrete grips and techniques, but also how to “read” a body and be guided by intuition and sensitivity. • Touch nourishes. • Touch calms, heals, stimulates. • Touch communicates. • Touch is immediate. • Touch transfers to body, mind and soul. • Touch balances and creates connection. • Touching with presence and heart is a powerful agent for transformation. I of course have no idea when we'll be back, but let's try to do it before the sun hides completely. One constraint that could be good is to walk towards a station in a different line than the one we started at. We'll see :) \-\-\- **Transport:** **DeutschlandTicket only**, as we don't know where we are going or where we are stopping. **Disclaimers:** \- Participation is under your own responsibility\, the organizers are not liable for damages or losses\. \- Some pictures/video might be taken and displayed publicly for the purposes of promotion of the group\. Azure CBUS February: Build Your Own MCP Server
Azure CBUS February: Build Your Own MCP Server
### Tools in your AI's Toolbox : An introduction to MCP Servers The generative AI revolution has unlocked unprecedented capabilities, but the next frontier is agency: empowering models to interact with, query, and act upon the world. The current challenge is the “N x M integration problem,” where every AI model requires a custom, brittle integration for each external tool or data source. This approach simply doesn’t scale. How can we give an AI access to our sales leads, code repositories, or IoT devices in a standardized, secure, and reusable way? This session introduces Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open-source framework designed to solve this challenge and become the universal connector—the USB-C port—for AI. MCP standardizes how AI models discover and use external tools, moving beyond simple function-calling to a robust, client-server architecture. We will dive into how this open protocol is creating a new ecosystem for building powerful, context-aware AI agents. Join this session for a developer-focused introduction where you will learn how to: Understand the core concepts of the open-source Model Context Protocol and its architecture. Utilize pre-built, open-source MCP servers to instantly connect AI to tools like Git, Slack, and databases. Build a custom MCP server to securely expose your own proprietary data and APIs as tools for any compliant AI. Move beyond bespoke integrations and contribute to a standardized, collaborative, and open ecosystem. Stop building one-off connectors and start building intelligent agents. This session will give you the practical knowledge to leverage MCP and create the next generation of AI that doesn’t just talk, but does. Want to be a speaker? submit your talk to our Call for Presenters!!! [https://sessionize.com/azure-cbus-2026/](https://sessionize.com/azure-cbus-2026/)
