*** Enjoy a **structured Sunday morning walk** designed for people who want to **build walking fitness** and prepare for **longer walks or hikes**. This is **not a social or chat-focused walk**. We’ll maintain a **steady, consistent pace** to help build endurance. While this is still suitable for beginners, participants should be comfortable walking continuously and aiming to improve their fitness over time. The total distance is approximately **9 km**, starting on the **Anniversary Trail**, crossing onto the **Ferndale Trail**, and returning to the start via the **Gardiners Creek Trail**. The route follows well-maintained paths and is ideal for practising longer distances in a controlled environment. After returning to the starting point, there will be an **optional coffee stop** at *Jack and the Beans Talk Café* near East Malvern Station for those who would like to join.
