Solo Workshop - Masculine Dominance
Solo Workshop - Masculine Dominance
ABOUT Most men have never been taught what healthy dominance actually is. What they got instead was a model built on control, toughness, and performance. A version of masculinity that looks strong on the outside but does not hold up the moment things get real. This four-hour workshop gives you a clear picture of what grounded, healthy masculine dominance looks like in practice , and the first tools to start building it. You will leave with a better understanding of yourself, your patterns, and how to lead in a way that actually creates trust. The context is BDSM, but the skills are not. Presence, emotional steadiness, holding a boundary, setting an intention without forcing it – these translate directly into how you lead in relationships, at work, and in everyday life. No prior experience required. Just show up willing to be honest. WHAT YOU WILL EXPLORE Ground: inherited vs. longed-for masculinity You will look at the version of masculinity you were handed – by family, culture, and expectation and the version you actually want to embody. What you still perform. What no longer fits. What you want to build instead. This is where the work starts. Understand: what dominance actually is, the uninitiated man, where leadership collapses Dominance is given, not taken. You will learn what that means in practice, and why so many men default to control or performance instead. You will also identify the specific moments where your own leadership breaks down: where you push too hard, go quiet, or lose your footing. Written reflection, honest and private. Embody: breath, The Edge of No, Claim the Space ritual Three short exercises that move the work out of your head and into your body. How to ground yourself before you lead. How to hold a “no” without collapsing or getting defensive. How to claim space with presence rather than posturing. These are the fundamentals that most men have never been taught. Build: archetypes, scene-building essentials, closing circle A first look at different styles of masculine dominance and which one fits you. Then the basics of building a dynamic: how to set an intention, hold an arc, and close well. You leave with a clear starting point, not a script. FOR WHO? For men who are curious about dominance but do not know where to start. For men who have tried to lead in intimate dynamics and found themselves performing rather than connecting. For men who want a clearer, more concrete sense of what healthy masculine dominance looks like and how to practice it. No prior experience with BDSM needed. This is an introduction, and it is designed as one. THE EXPERT: PAUL MEYERS Paul Meyers is the founder of SPNKD and has been facilitating workshops on erotic intimacy, masculine presence, and power dynamics for years. He has worked with hundreds of men and couples across Belgium and Germany, in workshops, retreats, and private coaching. His approach is direct. He is not interested in theory for its own sake. He is interested in what actually changes how you show up, and he builds his workshops around that.
I WRITE – A Silent Writing Club (Just You & Your Words)
I WRITE – A Silent Writing Club (Just You & Your Words)
Welcome to **I WRITE**, a gentle space for anyone who wants to write—quietly, freely, and without judgement. We are a Berlin community of writers who gather together weekly to write, talk and recharge after a long week. Some of us journal, some write novels, some do academic writing, many people come without a project in mind and see where the inspiration flow takes them. This is a space to simply show up and write, a safe place to be yourself and to release all your layers onto the paper. There’s no set topic, no feedback circle, and no pressure. Just warm people, a calm atmosphere, and time dedicated to yourself. 🗓️ **Agenda:** * 14:30 - 15:00 **→** 30 min arriving, optional socialising (arrive early, meet other writers) * 15:00 - 16:00 **→** 1 hour of silent writing (headphones welcome, focus encouraged) * 16:00–16:30 **→** 30 mins break + optional chat or solo time (stay and chat or go celebrate the rest of your Saturday) * 16:30–17:30 → 1 more hour of silent writing (for those staying) * 17:30–18:00 → 30 mins of chat, and leaving 🎒 **Bring:** * Something to write with (laptop, notebook, phone, typewriter… anything goes) * Something to drink (there is no cafeteria, unfortunately) * Your current project or a blank page * Yourself, exactly as you are **👉 Responsibility:** * Our location is limited; thus, I am kindly asking you to RSVP only if you are willing to attend. **📍Location:** * We meet at **Heinrich Schulz Library in Charlottenburg**. In the library, go look for the Gruppenraum; I will be waiting for you there. Any trouble finding the room, I will come to meet you outside. * 🚇 U7 **Richard-Wagner-Platz** * 🚌 M45 Bus **U Richard-Wagner-Platz** **About me:** Hi, my name is Anastasia. I started this writing club back in May 2025. Since then, it has been hosted weekly at the Heinrich Schulz Library (who is kind enough to allow us to use this room for free). Over this time, I’ve been privileged to meet some of the most creative and kind minds in Berlin. And I would be happy if you joined us. Whether you're an experienced writer or just at the beginning of your journey, you're welcome. If you know how to hold a pen or how to type, there will always be a space for you. Let's write together!

Wir lesen einander vor, geben Rückmeldung, ermutigen uns gegenseitig und praktizieren das Zuhören.

Come along, grab a coffee, shut up, and write! We will do at least two sessions of each 45 minutes of writing and two breaks. We will start the first writing session at 11:15. **For space reasons, we are limited to a certain number of attendees, so please update your RSVP if you can't come**. We often have a large waiting list, and not updating your RSVP or not showing up if you do RSVP yes means that others miss out. We also ask that if you do change your RSVP, do it with reasonable notice. Thanks! We typically take over all of the cafe, but try to share tables if you can to allow space for other customers. If you are new, come and say hello, as we know that suddenly going quiet for 45 minutes and staring at that blank page can be intimidating when it's your first time. We have a lot of long-term regulars who will be happy to help you feel welcome. In between sessions, we have a Telegram chat: https://t.me/joinchat/ERW3pxD5kfELGeWs9SUhjw For more information, visit [https://shutupwrite.com](https://shutupwrite.com/).

Soundground: free improvised music workshop
**A place to meet sound, without maps** Facilitated by **Vesti Gium (they/them)** Everyone enters as they are. No score. No threshold of skill. We follow the room, moment by moment— listening, nudging, letting the music find itself. A breath, a shoelace, a laugh, a footstep— each carries weight. Silence is welcomed; noise is celebrated. There are no wrong directions here. We practise a listening that reaches outward and inward: to ourselves, to one another, to the space we shape together. That is where the music begins. * 🌀 Bring a voice, an object, an instrument, a movement—or nothing at all. * ✨ **Priority given to FLINTA folks and people with migration background.** * 🎧 No experience needed.
