Will AI Replace Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches?
AI is rapidly changing how work gets done.
Tasks that used to require experience, facilitation, or coordination can now be supported, or even replaced, by tools.
So what does that mean for roles like Scrum Master or Agile Coach?
* Will these roles disappear?
* Will they evolve?
* Or are we asking the wrong question entirely?
This meetup is not a talk.
It’s a **fishbowl discussion**. An interactive format where you can actively shape the conversation.
🧠 **What we’ll explore**
Together, we’ll dive into questions like:
* Which parts of our roles are already being automated?
* Where do Agile Coaches struggle to create real impact today?
* What skills might become obsolete?
* What new capabilities might become critical?
🎤 **Format**
* Short framing to set the stage
* You bring your questions and perspectives
* We collect key topics from everyone
* Open fishbowl discussion (5 chairs, dynamic participation)
* Moderated by Robert Briese, CEO Lean Sherpas GmbH
You can jump in, leave your seat, and contribute at any time.
👥 **Who this is for**
* Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches
* People working in or transitioning into agile roles
* Anyone questioning the future of their role
💡 **Why join**
Most AI discussions stay at the level of tools or fear.
This session is about **making sense of what it actually means for you**.
Btw: This meetup is part of a 3-part series leading up to a special event with the author of *10xOrg* in June.

Hi.
We are delighted to invite you to our hybrid (virtual and onsite RSVP available) April gathering at [Ojin AixHaus in Mitte](https://ojin.ai/community). We’ll be unpacking the top highlights from Google Cloud Next '26 its 22-24 of April [(register to get virtual spot)](https://www.googlecloudevents.com/next-vegas/) and sharing expert insights on the Agent Development Kit.
**The Agenda**
* 6:00 pm: Doors open for snacks, drinks, and a bit of a chinwag
* 6:45 pm: Kick-off with the Ojin AixHaus crew
* 7:00 pm: Google Cloud Next '26: The highlights!
* 8:00 pm: [Iliyan Peychev](https://www.linkedin.com/in/iliyanpeychev/): Evolving Cloud Run Apps into Agents with ADK
*Agents are here to stay, and Google’s ADK makes building them from scratch more accessible than ever. But in the real world, we rarely start with a blank slate. What if we have battle-tested Cloud Run applications already using Gemini that we need to evolve? How can we get the benefits of the Agentic world without a full rewrite? This session focuses on moving from manual controllers and service orchestration to Multi-Agent systems with Google’s ADK. We will explore the practical "why" and "how" of this architectural shift, along with the real-world caveats and pitfalls.*
* 9:00 pm: 🍕🍻 Rooftop Drinks & Networking (with a view!)
* 10:00 pm: Doors close
**🙏 Thanks & Credits**

Berlindroid April Meetup
Android, the one mystery left to be solved, by developers all around the world. Let us make a dent into the unknown by meeting, talking, discussing, drinking and celebrating what is the mobile operating system Android, developer edition.
To start our tourney today, we got
Siarhei Krupenich: Android Is Not Just Mobile: Lessons from TV, Auto, and WearAndroid is more than a mobile platform. This talk explores how development differs across Android TV, Android Auto, and Wear OS, focusing on platform-specific constraints, interaction models, and architectural trade-offs. Based on real-world experience, the session highlights practical lessons that go beyond traditional smartphone development.
Following a quick break we'll have our second talk:
Dirk Jäckel: From Cloud to Edge: Practical On-Device LLM Integration on AndroidThe assumption that LLM inference requires cloud infrastructure is increasingly outdated. This talk examines the current state of local language models on Android, covering model availability (including Liquid AI’s models and Google’s Gemini Nano), hardware constraints, and developer APIs. As a hands-on case study, we present an Android application leveraging Gemini Nano for on-device auto-tagging — demonstrating how to integrate MediaPipe / ML Kit-based inference into a production workflow.
And now it is your turn, please RSVP to this meetup, tell your friends and foes about it and finally enjoy some drinks on Hubraum, Techincubator of Deutsche Telekom

Theory Meets Practice #3: Embedded Deep Learning Models on 5€ microcontrollers
**⚠️ IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION MANDATORY ⚠️**
Registration on **Luma** is **REQUIRED** to attend this event. **Link: https://luma.com/q57evozo?utm_source=meetup**
Your registration is subject to host approval. You must complete the registration process on lu.ma to receive the full event location details and confirmation of your attendance.
**Please note: Without approved registration on Luma, you will NOT be able to access the event location or attend.**
We are excited to host a **BLISS x dida** workshop featuring **Elias Trommer** from **Infineon**, who will guide us through an interactive session on Embedded AI.
**Title:** Deep Learning Models on 5€ microcontrollers
📅 **Date:** 29.04.2026
🕕 **Time:** 18:00
📍 **Location:** TU Berlin Marchstrasse 23 [Room 0.011]
The session will last around 2 hours, followed by a networking session with **dida** and fellow AI enthusiasts (and free pizza!🍕). Bring your laptop!
***
**Abstract**: In this workshop, we will discuss the unique challenges (and solutions) faced when deploying Deep Learning models to embedded microcontrollers. These tiny devices are increasingly capable of running models, even for relatively complex use cases, but come without many of the comforts of a classic computer. When deploying a model to a microcontroller, a much deeper understanding of the physical hardware and good knowledge of the various optimization paths that help reduce the resource consumption of an application is needed. We aim to shed some light on how to deploy models to these cheap, ubiquitous and sometimes surprisingly capable little pieces of hardware.
**In this session, we will cover:**
* Important differences between a desktop/server and a bare-metal embedded system
* Quantization for model compression
* Anatomy of an Embedded Application
* Embedded ML Inference Engines and how to run them
* Deploying a model step by step
**Who is this event for?**
This session is targeted at anyone with basic ML knowledge. Experience with C and embedded systems is probably helpful, but not required. We will cover the most important aspects as part of the workshop.
**⚡ FINAL REMINDER ⚡**
**You MUST register and be approved on Luma to attend. The event location will only be visible after your registration is confirmed by the host. Link: https://luma.com/q57evozo?utm_source=meetup**

Top Rock & HIIT Dance Workout - ALL LEVELS!!!
**Combining a variety of TopRock break dance moves in the format of HIIT training, this class will be like no other you have taken! Specifically created with non-break dancers in mind, this class is fun, engaging and totally beginner friendly!** 🤸♀️
*What exactly is TopRock you might be asking?* Toprock is the **standup part of breakdance**. When break-dancers are showing their skills, they will often start with toprock. Beginners often find toprock to be easier than other elements of [breaking](http://%5Bhttps//www.mygrooveguide.com/dance-info/breaking/what-is-breaking%5D(https://www.mygrooveguide.com/dance-info/breaking/what-is-breaking) "breaking"), because it is done standing up. So this will be a great introduction to breaking for beginners or those wishing to expand their breakdance skills.
**Taught by 3x Breakdance World Champion and Choreographer of Flying Dreams show at Wintergarten, Bboy Lou.Ease of the Flying Steps! He has also worked with contemporary dance companies such as Akram Khan Company, Wang Ramirez and Constanza Marcras / Dorkypark.**
**📋 Agenda:**
* *Check in will begin 15 minutes prior to class*. Please arrive on time to ensure class starts at the designated time.
**💸 Cost**: *Donation based* **to help with maintaining the venue and group maintenance costs.**
**👉 Other Things to Note:**
* *Class will be in English/German*
* *Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in. Shoes should also be comfortable, although they are not mandatory. Feel free to dance barefoot or in socks if you like.*
* *Bring a water bottle to refresh between sequence breaks.*

Rust Berlin Talks: The next generation
Hello everyone,
After a great restart last month, we’re happy to invite you to the next Rust Berlin meetup at the JetBrains office.
We’ll stick to the classic format: an evening with two main talks, followed by time to connect, discuss, and catch up with the community. Finger food and drinks will be available throughout the evening.
**Agenda**
* Doors open: 18:30
* Start: 19:00
* Short welcome and updates from JetBrains
* 2 talks (20–30 minutes each)
* Open mic / lightning talks (optional, a few minutes each)
* Networking
**Speakers**
Egor Lebedev - Welcome and a short note from the RustRover team
Till Adam - Slint-MCP
In this talk, Till will walk you through the implementation of the MCP server for the Slint GUI framework - and how it's implemented in Rust. He will walk you through the implementation from design to implementation.
Gaurav Gahlot - Rust meets Kubernetes
This talk is a hands-on walkthrough using kube-rs. We'll connect to a cluster, query pods, watch real-time events via async streams, and build a minimal controller - all in Rust, all running live.
**Speaker Bios**
Till Adam is the CCO at KDAB and has been working on open-source since the 90s. Originally a C++ company, KDAB has been working with Rust for the last 8 years. One of their biggest projects is CXX-Qt. Their specialization on the Rust side is use in hybrid, high-performance, high-correctness codebases.
Gaurav Gahlot is a Software Engineer with experience building scalable platforms with Go, Rust, and Kubernetes. He maintains the CNCF Akri project and actively contributes to open source.
**Open mic & future talks**
We’ll reserve a few short slots for anyone who wants to share something with the group. This can be a quick idea, a project, or an experience. Slides are optional.
If you’re interested in giving a longer talk at a future meetup, this is also a good opportunity to connect with the organizers.
**Venue & access**
Please arrive on time. We will have someone at the entrance to let people in between 18:30 and 19:15. After that, access becomes more difficult as the doors are locked and require manual opening.
**Registration**
The venue has limited capacity and events typically fill up with a waiting list. If you register and can no longer attend, even at short notice, please un-RSVP so someone else can take your spot.
Looking forward to seeing you all!
Become a Landlord/lady. Werde Vermieter/in.
We make landladies and landlords. They buy a flat and pay just 1/4. 3/4 come from tax cuts and tenants. It's not a trick. It's government policy. All German Federal Governments, past and present, of whichever party, want taxpayers to become landlords and -ladies, buy property, rent it out to tenants and enjoy passive income later.
Come here and find out. No strings attached. No sales. Just a meet and greet for orientation.
Kucken kostet nichts.

[face to face] professional communication exercise
Join this Professional Communication session — to sharpen the skills for architectural pitches, elevator pitches, interviews. This time we meet in the Monbijou park.
💡 How it works
The event is split into two parts:
1. **Communication (10 minute rounds)** – One participant answers a round of design and behavioral questions. Each other participant gets to ask him one question.
2. **Feedback Round** – The group provides feedback on communication, structure, and clarity. Constructive criticism is encouraged.
💡You will be asked:
* **Light design problems** (high-level reasoning, not code)
* **Behavioral questions** (“Tell me about yourself”, “Describe a challenge you faced...”)
No need to prepare anything in advance — just bring curiosity and an open mind.
💡Note: location is the entrance to Monbijou park

We’re serious about helping you succeed in real estate.
That means not just teaching you—but putting you in the room with the people who help you get deals done.
Every deal depends on people.
The agent or wholesaler.
The lender.
The contractor.
The title company.
The insurance agent.
The problem is that most investors meet those people slowly.
This event fixes that.
One room full of:
• Lenders
• Contractors
• Title companies
• Insurance providers
• Property managers
• And active local investors
A place where you can:
• Build your team
• Find funding
• Solve real problems
• Make connections that lead to deals
If you’re serious about real estate, this is a smart room to be in.
Members and non-members at any level of knowledge and experience are welcome.
This event is free.
Remember, to actually reserve your seat, you have to go [HERE](https://www.coreerocks.com/Events.aspx?ID=2026-Central-Ohio-Real-Estate-Investing-Expo-14-5-5-2026) and register on our website!

Free In-Person Meeting: Get Over Losses & Betrayals, Build Lasting Relationships
This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship.
Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action?
Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life: human relationships!
Break free from self imposed limitations
Here we will discuss:
• How to “erase” the trauma of past hurts and betrayals so that one isn’t always repeating past mistakes.
• Why and how do the negative emotions of others affect you?
• Why is my partner withdrawing and what can I do about it?
• Why do we sometimes feel compelled to hurt the ones we love?
• Fights & arguments - what's really behind them?
• What underlies “corrosive criticism” or the need to invalidate self or others?
• How one can stably change one’s outlook on life so they can affect positive change?
• Where do compulsive destructive behaviors come from and what can be done about them?
• How to form closer bonds & keep growing the relationships with the people you care about?
• How to enhance one’s own ability to survive and create positive healthy relationships whether in love, family & friendships or in work, business or one’s career?
Relationships can be hard and life itself IS challenging. Why not arm yourself with the knowledge and breakthroughs that have been made about the mind, mental reactions & interpersonal relationships, so that one has better awareness and control over themselves and life in general.
Learn where painful experiences are “stored” and how they can unknowingly affect us. You will also find out how one can “erase” those past painful experiences so that one is free to move forward without being tripped up by the past. Learn too, about what can lead some people to become “toxic” personalities and how to identify those traits in others so you won’t be tripped up trusting the wrong person.
Our free Meet-ups occur in a safe environment where one can learn, without fear of judgment or criticism, and without the recommendation of harmful mental techniques or therapies, just how YOU can get yourself onto a happier & more successful path: in love & in life.
We look forward to having you join us!
