Okupljanje ex-Yu tech stručnjaka i preduzetnika u Nemačkoj #7
**Two talks. One founder story. One reality check on AI. No fluff.**
**=== Please see the English version below ===**
**\# Datum i lokacija**
• Sreda, 6. maj 2026
• cognee.ai – Prilaz 4, 1. sprat, Paul-Lincke-Ufer 39–40
• Početak: 18:00
**\# Predavači i teme**
Dva predavanja.
U ovom predavanju, Jovan deli iskustvo izgradnje i prodaje kompanije.
• **Tema:** Od nule do prodaje: realna slika preduzetničkog puta

PBerg engineers - monthly meetup
**This is 100% non-profit. The 15€ sign up fee for everyone is only to minimize last-minute cancellations. The total sum goes to a bar-tap that everyone can use to order drinks until the amount is used up. ‼️NO REFUNDS‼️**
**‼️Please don't just show up without RSVPing here and paying the 15€. We have a separate room that has limited capacity and a specific drinks agreement with the bar - so splitting up the bill won't become a mess.‼️**
**Small update on how your money get's used from May 2024 onwards:** As of this month, meetup.com has started charging me 34€ instead of 16€ per month. I've decided to distribute this fee evenly among all us participants every month. Example: In the last 12 meetups, the average number of attendees was 17. With 17 attendees I would effectively collect 230€ (after fees). I would now substract 34€ leaving us with 196€ that go to the bar. 15% get's tipped to the wait staff, in this case 30€, leaving us with 166€ effectively to order drinks. Hope everyone is cool with this system. :)

We will also how to efficiently persist these data structures across sessions, a novel technique in Immer, unseen in other implementations, that open the door to all new use-cases. We will also briefly show the Bronze Composer, a complex piece audio software that leverages these techniques.
* **Tobias Lønnerød Madsen -** [moonbase.sh](https://moonbase.sh/) (short talk)

Landlords Networking Meetup: Investing Knowledge
**Investors Networking Meetup: Apartment Investing Knowledge**
Meet other **investors** and **aspiring investors** in our upcoming meetup and discuss with us the question:
How do you actually build **long-term wealth** through apartment investments in Berlin (especially, when we deal with **rent caps** and r**egulation constraints** in the real estate market)?
Many aspiring investors and home buyers understand the potential of real estate, but struggle to navigate pricing, deal evaluation, financing structures, and long-term strategy in a competitive market.
In this meetup, you’ll get exclusive, first-hand insights from **Achim Amann**, CEO of Black Label Properties. Working at the intersection of **high-value transactions** and **investor advisory**, Achim brings a practical perspective on what it takes to identify the right opportunities and build a sustainable real estate portfolio.
Rather than theory, this session focuses on **real-world decision-making**: how to approach apartment investments, what separates strong deals from weak ones, and how to think about long-term wealth creation in today’s market environment.
Join us on **May 8th at 4:00 pm** at the Black Label Villa for an afternoon of practical insights, open discussion, and high-level networking with investors, buyers, and aspiring homeowners.

How to Get Off-Market Deals With Direct-to-Seller Marketing
**How to Get Off-Market Deals With Direct-to-Seller Marketing**
Want to learn how to get off-market deals through direct-to-seller marketing without relying on agents, wholesalers, or the MLS for consistent deal flow?
That is exactly what we are covering at this next Columbus Investors Club Meetup.
Get Your Free Ticket **[HERE](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-to-get-off-market-deals-with-direct-to-seller-marketing-tickets-1987845260686?aff=cicmeetupapp)**[ ](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-to-get-off-market-deals-with-direct-to-seller-marketing-tickets-1987845260686?aff=cicmeetupapp)🎟️
Most investors who try to do off-market deals make the same mistake: they throw money into a marketing channel, pray that it works, and hope a deal comes out the other side. There is no real strategy, no clear math, no tracking, and no process to know what is actually working.
At this meetup, we are going to break down how to reverse engineer direct-to-seller marketing using our SCALE framework so you can approach your marketing with more clarity, confidence, and consistency.
We will cover how to think through inbound, outbound, and free marketing channels, how to choose the right channel for your goals, how to run the numbers before you spend, how to allocate the right budget, how to launch the campaign correctly, and how to evaluate and track performance so you can make better decisions moving forward.
**SCALE Framework:**
**S –** Select the right channel

* Demos of each tool in a Unity workflow
* Tips for getting started

All experience levels are welcome. Whether you're new to version control or already using one of these tools, this session will help you understand what each one offers.
