**Speakers**:
*Simon Schulte* is a Tech Lead with nearly a decade of experience building scalable backend systems across fast-paced product companies. With a background in business informatics and a passion for Golang, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps, he has spent his career solving complex engineering challenges. He is particularly excited about leveraging AI and LLM workflows to eliminate the tedious, repetitive work that slows developers down ā think tech debt, boilerplate, and documentation ā so engineers can spend their energy on what actually moves the needle. For Simon, AI isn't about replacing developers; it's about giving them back their time.
*Daniel Peralta Madriz* is a backend engineer from Costa Rica with around 6 years of experience working with Golang, although, sadly, he's been spending most of his time lately working with Node.js :(. He is interested in distributed systems, scalability, and developer experience, and is currently experimenting with how to leverage LLMs to safely and autonomously execute repetitive tasks.
*Michael Morgen* is a Platform/infra engineer by day, runtime and network optimizations by night.

**How to Get Off-Market Deals With Direct-to-Seller Marketing**

That is exactly what we are covering at this next Columbus Investors Club Meetup.
Get Your Free Ticket **[HERE](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-to-get-off-market-deals-with-direct-to-seller-marketing-tickets-1987845260686?aff=cicmeetupapp)**[ ](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-to-get-off-market-deals-with-direct-to-seller-marketing-tickets-1987845260686?aff=cicmeetupapp)šļø
Most investors who try to do off-market deals make the same mistake: they throw money into a marketing channel, pray that it works, and hope a deal comes out the other side. There is no real strategy, no clear math, no tracking, and no process to know what is actually working.
At this meetup, we are going to break down how to reverse engineer direct-to-seller marketing using our SCALE framework so you can approach your marketing with more clarity, confidence, and consistency.
We will cover how to think through inbound, outbound, and free marketing channels, how to choose the right channel for your goals, how to run the numbers before you spend, how to allocate the right budget, how to launch the campaign correctly, and how to evaluate and track performance so you can make better decisions moving forward.
**SCALE Framework:**
**S ā** Select the right channel
**C ā** Calculate the numbers
**A ā** Allocate the budget
**L ā** Launch the campaign
**E ā** Evaluate and track it
**What Weāll Cover**
* How to get off-market deals through direct-to-seller marketing
* How to stop guessing and start reverse engineering your marketing
* The difference between inbound, outbound, and free marketing channels
* How to choose the right channel for your business and market
* How to calculate the numbers before launching
* How to allocate a budget based on goals, not emotion
* How to launch and track a campaign the right way
* How to create more consistent and predictable deal flow
