Spend a Sunday afternoon learning the basics of sketching portraits with a professional artist. All materials provided. I am a professional artist with over 20 years experience sketching portraits. This workshop is designed for beginners, but also available for those artist with experience who want to explore new techniques and share their process. The event will be held in my private studio. Ever want to try ceramics or build on your skills? Then this would be the perfect opportunity. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to make so many different things for yourself, friends or family - bowls, plates, sushi dishes, plants pots and much more. Beginners will be guided through the process of making things using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing, under-glazing and glazing. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcome to use my wheel (to be reserved in advance). Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish.
