El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda (a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Recomanem anar de demà.** *** **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** **la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes:** Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. No estan permesos cops **ni al cap ni en els genitals.** 2. **La/s ma/ns** que subjecten l'arma fins a la nina no són blanc vàlid. 3. **No es pot estocar,** només colpejar amb el lateral de l'arma. 4. **Abans de començar** qualsevol enfrontament, cal estendre les armes, procedir a una lleugera salutació mitjançant el xoc entre aquestes. 5. **Cuida del company** amb el qual entrenes. Vigila la seva esquena i advertir-li de forats, arbres, altres persones o altres irregularitats en el terreny. 6. **Abans d'emprar qualsevol propietat aliena**, demana permís al seu propietari. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11. Amb la participació en les activitats de Softcombat Bcn Events Associació Cultural, es declara que l'interessat accepta la política de privacitat i tractament de dades personals concorde a la normativa vigent de la LOPD (UE 2016/679). La qual garanteix un tractament anònim i confidencial de les dades facilitades, excepte indicació explicita del signant. A més, garanteix que el seu ús només serà a mode de còmput de participants davant les autoritats legals territorials de manera numèrica, en cas que fos necessari. 12. ***¿Te imaginas hacer un barranco a solo 40 min de Barcelona? ¿Un barranco de iniciación con saltos, rápels y toboganes? ¿Y si es un tobogán de hasta 15 metros?*** Ven a descubrir este pequeño tesoro en Castellar del Vallés ideal para tener un primer contacto con este mundo de aventura y adrenalina, que es el barranquismo. Un barranco corto pero intenso, de lo más divertido, y que jamás te abrías imaginado encontrar cerca de una ciudad. Valentina Bergomi Tancredi Algunas personas llegan al mundo de una forma distinta. En algunos embarazos gemelares puede ocurrir algo poco conocido: uno de los embriones deja de desarrollarse en las primeras semanas de gestación, tan temprano que la madre nunca llega a saber que ese embarazo fue en realidad gemelar. Es decir, el embarazo comienza siendo de dos, pero termina continuando solo uno. La conexión entre gemelos, cuando existe, suele vivirse como algo muy intenso y \*fusional\*. Muchas personas describen una sensación de unión primordial, de compañía muy temprana, incluso de una forma de amor que no se parece a otros vínculos posteriores. Desde esta perspectiva, en algunas personas esta vivencia puede influir de forma importante en su manera de vincularse a lo largo de la vida. Especialmente en las relaciones de pareja, de amistad o de intimidad emocional, puede aparecer una búsqueda inconsciente de esa conexión original, como si algo o alguien faltara. El problema es que esta búsqueda suele proyectarse en otras personas. Parejas, amistades o vínculos cercanos pueden ser colocados, sin que exista conciencia de ello, en el lugar de ese vínculo original. Pero ninguna relación puede sostener esa función, porque no se trata de algo que pertenezca al presente, sino de una huella muy temprana. Por eso, muchas veces, hasta que esta experiencia no se puede reconocer, integrar y mirar con conciencia y con amor, pueden repetirse dinámicas de insatisfacción o de dificultad en los vínculos. Incluso en personas que han trabajado profundamente otras áreas de su historia personal —como la relación con la madre o el padre, o procesos terapéuticos importantes—, si esta temática no ha sido mirada, puede seguir habiendo un impacto no solo en las relaciones, sino también en la sensación de bienestar general, en el trabajo o incluso en la salud. Con el tiempo, este proceso puede transformarse. En lugar de seguir buscando fuera aquello que falta, aparece la posibilidad de integrar esta experiencia como parte de la propia historia interna. No se trata de olvidar, sino de darle un lugar: reconocer lo vivido —sea en el plano que sea— como parte de la forma en que uno siente, percibe y se relaciona con el mundo. Desde esta mirada, el vínculo no desaparece, pero cambia de forma. Pasa de ser una ausencia que duele a convertirse en una presencia interna que acompaña, y que puede incluso aportar sensibilidad, profundidad emocional y una forma particular de comprender el amor y la conexión humana. Después de un parón forzoso, por causa mayor, vamos a reiniciar de nuevo las actividades con la exposición del CCCB " Pensar la belleza". **Una exposición que ofrece un recorrido crítico por la trayectoria de los diferentes cánones de belleza a lo largo de la historia**.
