**Beschreibung:**
Willkommen zu einem entspannenden und heilenden Treffen, bei dem wir Körper und Geist in Einklang bringen. In /\*/-\*dieser Veranstaltung werden wir traditionelle Praxisformen erleben: **Qigong (氣功)**, sowie **Achtsamkeitsmeditation (正念禪修)**.
**Qigong (氣功) (18:00 - 19:00)**
Diese alten chinesischen Übungen fördern die Lebensenergie (Qi) und stärken Körper und Geist. Durch fließende Bewegungen und gezielte Atemtechniken wird das Energiegleichgewicht wiederhergestellt, was zu mehr Vitalität, innerer Ruhe und körperlicher Ausgeglichenheit führt.
**Achtsamkeitsmeditation (正念禪修) (19:00 - 20:00):**
In der Meditation üben wir, mit voller Achtsamkeit im Moment zu leben. Durch gezielte Meditationstechniken bringen wir unsere Gedanken zur Ruhe und öffnen uns für das Hier und Jetzt. Diese Praxis hilft, Stress abzubauen, emotionale Klarheit zu gewinnen und ein tieferes Gefühl der inneren Ruhe zu erreichen.

Circling / Transformational Connection
Circling ist eine Einladung, dir selbst und anderen ehrlicher, offener und präsenter zu begegnen.
In einem sicheren und respektvollen Gruppenrahmen erforschen wir, was sichtbar wird, wenn wir langsamer werden, tiefer zuhören und aus dem sprechen, was im Moment wirklich da ist. Statt bei oberflächlichen Gesprächen zu bleiben, üben wir eine Form von Präsenz und Verbindung, durch die innere Muster, Emotionen, Erwartungen und Beziehungsdynamiken bewusster werden können.
Im Kern ist Transformational Connection / Circling eine Form von Meditation in Beziehung: präsent mit dir selbst sein und gleichzeitig in echtem Kontakt mit anderen. Durch ehrliche und empathische Kommunikation können Teilnehmende beginnen, die inneren Haltungen, Schutzstrategien und unbewussten Annahmen wahrzunehmen, die sie in Begegnungen mitbringen.
Viele dieser Muster entstehen durch frühe Kindheitserfahrungen mit wichtigen Bezugspersonen sowie durch spätere Interaktionen in unserem sozialen und kulturellen Umfeld. Positive Erfahrungen können gesunde innere Überzeugungen stärken, während schwierige Erlebnisse emotionale Spuren hinterlassen und zu negativen inneren Grundannahmen führen können — zum Beispiel: „Ich bin nicht liebenswert“, „Ich bin zu viel“ oder „Ich muss mich schützen“.
C. G. Jung beschrieb solche verborgenen Anteile der Psyche als Schattenaspekte — innere Anteile, die unserem bewussten Zugriff oft entzogen sind und dennoch unser Verhalten, unsere Beziehungen und unsere Persönlichkeit mitprägen.
Kurz gesagt: In vieler Hinsicht kennen wir uns selbst nicht so gut, wie wir vielleicht glauben.
Diese Gruppe schafft einen Raum, in dem unbewusste Überzeugungen, Prägungen und Beziehungsmuster behutsam ins Bewusstsein kommen können — nicht nur durch Analyse, sondern durch direkte emotionale Erfahrung, Präsenz und Verbindung mit anderen.
## **Haltung und Methodik**
In der Gruppe wird eine innere Haltung von Offenheit und Empfänglichkeit gegenüber allen körperlichen und emotionalen Erfahrungen gefördert, die im Kontakt entstehen. Besonders wichtig ist dabei die Haltung des „Nicht-Wissens“: eine neugierige und nicht-wertende Erforschung dessen, was im Moment auftaucht — ohne sofort zu interpretieren, zu bewerten oder einzuordnen.
Die Arbeit basiert auf der Gruppenpraxis des Circling / Transformational Connection, die Präsenz, Authentizität und echte Begegnung im Hier und Jetzt betont. Ergänzend fliessen Elemente der interaktionellen Gruppentherapie nach Irvin D. Yalom ein. Darüber hinaus werden Aspekte zeitgenössischer Spiritualität integriert, besonders mit Blick auf Verbundenheit, Einheit und Ganzheit.
Mit der Zeit kann dieser Prozess Wahrnehmung, Präsenz, emotionale Ehrlichkeit und die Fähigkeit stärken, tiefere und bedeutungsvollere Beziehungen zu gestalten — zu dir selbst, zu anderen und zum Leben.
Du brauchst keine Vorerfahrung. Eine Bereitschaft, präsent, neugierig und offen zu sein, genügt.

The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results.
A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels.

I am a trained lifeguard (SLRG), I did also the Hypothermia Module and I am swimming in the cold since 2015.

**From DevOps to Digital Sovereignty: How a Movement Became a Platform**
IT in the public sector is anything but simple: long-established landscapes, strict regulatory requirements, complex processes, and often more than 500 business applications that must be operated reliably.
For a long time, this meant ordering individual servers, databases, DNS entries, firewall rules, and storage, then assembling everything manually. Every application was unique. Pets instead of cattle.
This talk tells the story of how the DevOps idea took hold in exactly this environment — first as a cultural movement, and later as a concrete operating and architectural model. Step by step, individual infrastructure evolved into a platform, manual work into automation, and isolated solutions into standardization.

Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \
We have been around a while. \
Every week we get together and work technical skills and full contact spar. \
Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from street fights to the ring and some still compete in cage fighting. \
If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \
