Le Wesak est une célébration spirituelle majeure, associée à la pleine lune du Taureau, symbolisant la transmission de lumière, de conscience et d’élévation. Originaire des forêts tropicales amazoniennes, le cacao était vénéré comme une divinité dans la cosmologie des Olmèques, des Mayas, des Toltèques, des Aztèques et des Incas. Chez les Mayas, le cacao était associé à l'une des divinités majeures de leur cosmologie et utilisé à des fins rituelles et sacrées. Le cacao nous soutient dans la reconnexion à notre propre féminin, à notre capacité à nous accueillir nous-mêmes, de manière plus inconditionnelle, profonde et sincère ; et ainsi, à pouvoir étendre cette permission et cet accueil aux autres, aux expériences. Le chocolat commercial, y compris le bio cru, est hautement transformé, ce qui le prive de nombreux nutriments précieux pour le corps, l'esprit, le cœur et l'âme. Notamment, la PEA (phényléthylamine), connue comme la 'molécule de l'amour' – une amphétamine naturellement produite par notre corps lorsque nous sommes amoureux – est présente dans le cacao cérémoniel, mais est éliminée par les hautes températures du processus de torréfaction du cacao commercial. **LOTUS BLEU** : Le Lotus Bleu, nous ramene dans les mystères d'Egypte, d'Isis, agissant plutôt sur les sphères du troisième œil et de la couronne. Il s’agit avant tout d’un moment d’échange, où l’on prend le temps de réfléchir ensemble à nos choix de vie, à ce que nous aurions pu faire différemment, et à ce qui nous a influencés sans toujours que nous en ayons conscience. Nous aborderons notamment cette question : — Faisons-nous réellement nos propres choix… ou suivons-nous quelque chose sans nous en rendre compte ? Les regrets, les hésitations, les “et si…” font partie de nos parcours. Cet espace permet de les explorer sans jugement, simplement pour mieux comprendre. Il ne s’agit pas de débattre pour avoir raison, mais de partager, nuancer et réfléchir ensemble. Chacun est libre de s’exprimer à son rythme. Les silences, les doutes et les réflexions en cours ont toute leur place. Un moment simple, humain et sincère — un prétexte pour se rencontrer autrement. While small talk, which is typically casual and light-hearted, can help break the ice, it may not necessarily help you form a deep, emotional connection with someone. Whether it's with your friends, family, colleagues or romantic partners, having meaningful conversations is important for creating strong bonds. "Meaningful conversations help us understand ourselves and those around us better. They involve sharing important aspects of ourselves and actively listening, validating and connecting with others." We believe that a happy and healthy life is built on beautiful relationships and that loneliness kills us. That's it. You can write down your favourite topics/questions before the meeting. The meeting is participative and invite everyone if you feel comfortable being a leader and a power of suggestion. Anyway, to keep the meeting running smoothly, I'll animate the meeting to make sure the conversation doesn't get wild or boring and I wouldn't hesitate to reframe people. In case of lack of inspiration we have a lot of deep conversation question card game which can help to find interesting questions. ● 🍕 (Not compulsory) After the meeting we can finish in a nearby restaurant for those who wish to relax or continue our conversation. Advice for a good moment : ● Leave your ego and mask at home, we are not here to impress anyone but to be ourselves with our strength, weakness, pride and shame. Come with an open/deep/emotional/complex thought and vulnerability. ● Ask open-ended questions and invite the other person to describe what a situation was like for them or how they felt. ● Don't hesitate to be vulnerable and share information about yourself if needed. Consider sharing personal information first to gain the other person's trust. ● Adopt an attitude of curiosity and genuine interest in what the other person is saying. Be thoughtful and try to put yourself in the other person's shoes so that you can see things from their perspective. Be truthful, caring and honest. ● Listen actively and ask follow-up questions. ● Be empathetic and offer emotional validation so that they feel seen and heard. It is forbidden to judge, but try to understand. ● ⏱ Be aware of your speaking time for Equally Speak. ● 🤫 Be aware never to provoke political or religious ideologies, but to accept differences of belief. Advice on non-violent communication can be given in the meeting to learn not to unintentionally hurt anyone when requested or needed. ● 🚨 Remember to maintain a safe, and benevolent environment. Cet événement est donc conçu pour offrir aux participants des outils pratiques et des exercices qui leur permettront de maîtriser cette technique de communication essentielle. **L'experience *:*** *L'un en face de l'autre, aucun des deux ne conversant ni ne s'efforçant de se rendre intéressant.* S'asseoir et se regarder, sans qu'on ne dise ni ne fasse quoi que ce soit. Ni parler, ni s'agiter, ni rire nerveusement ni être embarrassé. On s'apercevra que l'on a tendance à confronter avec une partie du corps plutôt qu'à confronter seulement, ou à utiliser un système de confrontation plutôt qu'à **être simplement là**. Le nom de cet exercice serait incorrect si confronter signifiait faire quelque chose. **Toute l'action consiste à habituer à être là**, à un mètre en face d'un autre, sans s'excuser ni bouger, ni sursauter ni se défendre. Le fait de confronter avec une partie du corps peut provoquer des somatiques dans la partie du corps dont on se sert pour confronter. **La solution est simplement de confronter et d'être là.** Simplement être là et confronter, et on atteint un gain majeur stable. **Update 🌿** Due to the rainy weather forecast for Sunday in Fontainebleau, I’ve decided to move the walk to **Saturday, May 2nd.** As well as due to train maintenance during the long holiday, we’ll need to slightly adjust our route. We’ll meet at Saint-Michel–Notre-Dame, then take a train to Juvisy, transfer to another train to Fontainebleau, and finally take a bus to the forest. It might take a bit longer than expected — sorry, I just found out about this. I’ve already reached out to everyone who signed up and I’m currently waiting for your response. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
