Ausarian Tantra Yoga is a practice that infuses the spirit and power of enlightenment through synchronizing breath, movement, meditation, and silent affirmation. Ausarian Tantra Yoga incorporates postures that reflect some of the principles of the Kemetic culture. High energy training session for competitive junior players focused on movement, reaction, and live point play. These tennis clinics are run by a former European junior competitive player with over 10 years of coaching experience. Sessions are designed to be high-energy and fast paced, focusing on repetition, movement, and live ball situations that help players improve quickly.
