Wir setzen uns in einen entspannten Trance-Zustand und reisen zur gewünschten Transformation/Veränderung des eigenen Lebens. Dabei aktivieren wir die Ressourcen/Kräfte/Stärken, die dafür gebraucht werden, und die schon längst da sind: "Die Ressourcen, die du brauchst, findest du in deiner eigenen Geschichte" - Milton Erickson, der Vater der modernen Hypno-Therapie. Ich bin zertifizierte systemische Life & Business Coachin und arbeite u.a. mit dem Milton-Modell, um in einer Fantasiereise die Aufmerksamkeit nach Innen zu richten und den Zielzustand mit allen Sinnen zu erleben. Diese Form des Hypno-Coachings hilft durch unterstützte Aufmerksamkeitsfokussierung, sich in körperlich und geistig entspannte Zustände zu begeben. Je nach Tiefe der Entspannung kann man in Trance kommen. Trance ist ein ganz natürlicher Zustand (z.B. wenn man dieselbe Strecke wie im Auto-Pilot-Modus fährt) und ruft gut erforschte physiologische Veränderungen hervor wie Muskelentspannung, langsames Atmen, Abnehmen der Stresshormone. Gewünschte Zielzustände können in Trance intensiver erlebt und für positive Veränderungen nutzbar gemacht werden. **Ablauf:** \- 10 Min: Wir machen es uns auf den Matten gemütlich und machen eine kurze Runde \(wer mag\) "Wer bist du? Was möchtest du erreichen?" \- 20 Min: Wir legen uns bequem hin\. \#\#\# Was ist Breathwork? Conscious Breathwork bedeutet bewusstes atmen. Und das ist es letztendlich auch, was wir etwa 70 Minuten lang machen werden. In einer Breathwork Session geht es vor allem darum, dass Du loslassen, Dich entspannen und mit Dir selbst und Deinem Unterbewusstsein verbinden kannst. Das geht am besten, in dem Du gar nichts erwartest und nicht so viel dadrüber nachdenkst. ✨ \#\#\# Das erwartet Dich Nach einem kurzen Check-In beginnen wir mit der Session. Die Atmung kann im Liegen oder Sitzen statt finden, ganz nach Deiner Wahl. Du wirst durch ein bewegendes Musikset geführt, wodurch Du in eine Trance-Atemmeditation gelangst. The school was founded in the middle of the 15th century by Iizasa Chōisai Ienao at the Katori Shrine (Katori jingū) and has become the origin of numerous other martial arts schools over the course of its almost 600-year history. The training consists of the continuous repetition of fixed sequences of movements (kata) and includes the use of classic Japanese weapons such as the sword (iai-jutsu, battō-jutsu, ken-jutsu, ryōtō-jutsu, kodachi-jutsu), the long staff (bō-jutsu), the lance (naginata-jutsu) and the spear (sō-jutsu), as well as unarmed disciplines, tactics and spiritual aspects. **The Katori Berlin dojo** is the only official shibu of Otake Nobutoshi-shihan’s dojo Shinbukan in Germany and fully dedicated to the transmission and study of one martial tradition: Tenshinshō-den Katori Shintō-ryū. Through these efforts we aim to contribute to the cultural preservation of this martial tradition. The dojo has one officially appointed shidosha. **Our sensei**: Sebastian Graetz has been active in martial arts since 1997. After almost 15 years of taekwondo in Berlin, he started with Katori Shintō-ryū in Asia in 2014. Since then, he has studied in Japan with Ōtake Risuke-shihan and Ōtake Nobutoshi-shihan, and in Vietnam with Malte Stokhof-shihandai. In 2023, he received his Menkyo license and permission to set up a training group in Berlin the following year.

Usually play on a pretty competitive level. Our football skills are average to good. To keep things fair and enjoyable for all, we follow a few simple rules: ***Show up at 07:15 **so that you can get checked by the organiser* *If you are not checked by the organiser by kick-off at 7:30 then \*\*1 match penalty applies\*\*(being moved to waitlist)* *Related, if you sign out from the attending list after Friday at 3pm, a 1 match penalty applies (moved to wait-list)* *** No studs *If you show up with studs, then you wont be allowed to play - No dangerous tackling *If you get tackled, you need to call the foul - In case of handball only people close (1-2m) can call handball *Since we play 12v12, we have offsides (0-1m difference is still tolerated) - No penalties for handball in penalty box(no way of proving handball and please be fair) *In case of handball, the other teams goalkeeper gets the ball

Come along, grab a coffee, shut up, and write! We will do at least two sessions of each 45 minutes of writing and two breaks. We will start the first writing session at 11:15. **For space reasons, we are limited to a certain number of attendees, so please update your RSVP if you can't come**. We often have a large waiting list, and not updating your RSVP or not showing up if you do RSVP yes means that others miss out. We also ask that if you do change your RSVP, do it with reasonable notice. Thanks! We typically take over all of the cafe, but try to share tables if you can to allow space for other customers. **NVC & BOUNDRIES** ***Weekend Workshop*** What a delicate human moment it is — the one in which someone says or receives a “no.” “Can we make love?” — No. “Would you like to go for a coffee with me?” — No. “Would you like to work together?” — No. It takes such vulnerability to voice a request — to courageously share your heart and its dreams. And it takes just as much courage to stay true to yourself, not to please the other at the cost of your own authenticity. So often we end up saying *yes* when we actually mean *no* — because we’re afraid of losing connection, or because “it’s the right thing to do.” This weekend is an exploration of those delicate moments — their depth, their vulnerability, and the dynamics they reveal.We’ll begin by discovering our own boundaries and what truly matters to us, since so much confusion and pain arise when we don’t even know where our boundaries are. We’ll learn to say *no* in a way that is authentic, safe, and connecting. We’ll learn how to receive a *no* without betraying the vulnerability that comes with it. The exercises will allow deepening the NVC practice even when you already have experience with it. **Who is this for?** Space is limited to a group of 14 people. As we want to create a safe container to also explore our hurting parts, we would prefer people to join for the full weekend flow. We’re intending to create/ to play with a conscious systems-based approach to money and how it flows in between humans. We want resources to flow towards serving & nourishing life. I came in contact with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) through a relationship where I started to grasp the beauty of this tool. After 3 years of self-study and occasional practice, I was touched by how this communication allowed me to connect with my mum in conflict, so strongly that I felt love for her for the first time in 20 years. Unsatisfied with the lack of mental health support in the neuroscience research field, I decided to switch careers and dive deep into NVC. I trained as a mediator, counsellor and trainer at the Connecting2life school (Yoram Mosenzon). It was a two-year-long process of embodying the tool and then learning how to transmit it so that it could sink in the body. For a year I've been holding my workshops, courses and 1:1 practice. My approach is based on practice and embodiment. I found NVC very revolutionary and with that respect, I like to let sink in our system a few bits of info at the time, rather than an overwhelming waterfall of theory. **Matthias Flury** Hi. My name is Matthias. To be honest with you, I’m incredibly hesitant to write this short biography about myself. Part of the resistance comes from a fear of not being enough - it’s an insecurity that often comes alive since for many years of my life my need for connection wasn’t met, no matter what I tried. Out of this experience I’m shy to show and present myself, even to an unknown reader, to not go through the pain of rejection again. Another source for this hesitation is that I’ve got an idea of how I need to present myself here as a teacher. “I need to sell myself well and in a way that will make you trust me and curious to learn from me”. And I’m worried that I’ll try to perform as something I’m not in order to achieve that. Underneath the pressure of trying to be perfect I’m certain I’ll lose something incredibly important. I’ll lose connection to myself and with that any hope of actually contributing value to you. That’s why I’ll start this introduction of myself like this. I’m looking forward to meeting you and exploring together how we can connect to our feelings and unknown desires. How we can hold space and lovingly meet each other exactly where we are in our authentic selves. This is the place where relationships gain intimacy and depth, where love grows and where life begins to make sense. Just in case you actually want to know about my background: I started learning about NVC in 2019, took my first lessons with Empathie Stadt Zurich in 2020, and completed my education in 2023 with a course about teaching and embodying NVC by CNVC-Trainer Yoram Mosenzon.
