AM Salsa Silver Spring is offering intermediate Salsa Dance Lesson on Tuesday Salsa Dance intermediate Moves, Styling and Rueda Objective: Introduce more intermediate salsa dance elements for dancers who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Prior dance trainings/experiences are required!! NO PARTNER IS REQUIRED!!

• This one and half hours/class Salsa lessons will be Focusing on moves, technique, and styling. This series will jump your dance skill to the next level!

This class provides a trauma sensitive yoga approach for those of us living with chronic conditions/illnesses such as stroke, long covid, cancer, arthritis, parkinson’s disease, disabilities, fibromyalgia, injuries, aging, muscular sclerosis, balance issues, pain, knee or hip replacements, and for those of us who prefer, or our bodies have chosen to not so easily transition to and from the floor, to experience yoga.
