We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter. Program: 15’ warm up **To be defined** Cool down to get back to the starting point… or more S=All out sprint RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed) CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold) J = Jog, recuperation Notes: It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point. It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle. For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part. Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. This workshop series is a **follow-up to the ESP32 Robotics workshop**, but with a different concept. Here, there will be no subject set in advance, instead **all participants are welcome to join at any point and at any level, from beginner to expert**. We will be walking through the forest for a little over 1 1/2 hours, silently, just noticing the world around us and inside us. The idea is to experience the magic of a different type of walking, The invitation is to slow down and notice what is going on inside you and around you. Very often people experience a closer connection with nature and with self, with sometimes surprising insights. *Please make sure you are fit enough to go the 4.5 km distance. We will be walking slowly, but we will not take any breaks.* We will be meeting at the Hermann Debroux Metro at **14h**. (Exit straight ahead after leaving the platform--on the Loxam side). Our journey takes us once more under the towering beech cathedral of the Forêt de Soignes. We’ll begin our transition from city to nature at the threshold where Brussels meets the wild, gathering right by Woodpecker (Le Kiosque) in the heart of Bois de la Cambre. After meeting near the kiosk, we’ll head past the ponds and disappear into the deep greens and dappled light of the ancient woodland. 🏃‍♂️ What to Expect Distance: \~15 km Pace: 6:00–6:15 min/km Terrain: Light trails and firm forest paths. Trail shoes aren't a strict necessity but are highly advisable. (Note: The route may be adapted depending on weather conditions).
