Join us for our regular and casual Friday evening, on playing Padel. We reserve our right to adapt the setup according to the audience level, vibe, health, weather, shape etc SETUP ● 2 courts (2 vs 2), 1 team is rotating or taking a rest court 1: minim 6 players court 2: minim 4 players ● 2 courts - 10-12 people (more players, we make small teams and play shorts, all combination; the hosts have the last word. proposals are welcome) ● The event organisers or experienced player are entitled to send players on the second court ● We are respectfull and warm with each other, our cultural and professional background is diverse. ● New proposals are welcome :). Sometimes we adapt. ● The host toghether with the regular players, can ask new or misbehaved players to step out from the court, in order to maintain the good vibes Price to pay (in cash) (Aprox, for this season, could vary with 1-2 euros) ■ 12 euros for 1h ■ 20 euros for 2h ■ If you need a racket, you can rent it from us for 2 € (if available). Otherwise you can always rent from the venue for 5 €. ■ Cancelation 4-6h, ahead or you pay 12 euros the fee for 1h ● We use the monney to cover the courts rent & subscription for renting, smaller hostings or welcome expenses Important ● New commers, intermediate, out of shape, friendly players are playing on their own risk. If they choose to play with advanced players in a more "competitive" way (hitting the ball in the direction of opponent player is allowed). ● Playing competitive is allowed on the first court ● Playing friendly is our main goal. For this we understand both advanced people, who want to consume their energy, and the social people who play for fun. Please collaborate on the court and don't go to advanced court if you are injured or recovering from illness. ● Please anounce the hosts and/or the players on your court, if you have some injuries or specific conditions. ● We love to play social and all levels. ● Be welcoming with newcomers ● Once you know us (couple of games together), You are welcome to hang out with us, even when you can't play.

Welcome Book Lovers! Join our Meet Up Group to find like-minded book readers! This event is for everybody interested in listening or sharing new book content or comment on it. You are welcome just to come for inspiration. You definitely don't need to read books at the moment. It is a gathering for everybody to find like-minded people interested in learning something new. :) Feel free to bring your own book with you. Hi Running fellows, Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us! Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast. Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too. What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the “running” part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :) We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast! Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. In this session we'll explore strategies to protect our codebases through unit and integration testing, documentation, and code review along with additional ways of providing context and guard rails to our AI agents as they carry out the work we've assigned them to do. **Welcome to Drunken Philosophy** a casual, curious social discussion **Optional topic for this meetup: What's up with all the AI hate?** A recent survey found that 74% of Americans have a negative view of AI, and I want to know why. Come out and debate whether AI is good or bad. My hot take: a labor-saving tool that could potentially help cure cancer gets called dangerous because it might raise unemployment or cause a speculative investment bubble, that tells you a lot more about capitalism and the economic system we live under than it does about the tool itself. As a computer programmer, I think AI is a wonderful tool that has increased my productivity by at least an order of magnitude. I'd go so far as to say Claude Code is the best tool I have ever used. Debate me and name a better one. Is AI potentially dangerous? Yes, but so are a lot of tools. Chainsaws. Steam engines (early ones would occasionally explode and kill everyone in the room). Do you think cavemen sat around debating whether fire could be used as a weapon or for self-harm, and decided not to discover it? I have two friends who hate AI for opposite reasons: one thinks it's a fad and not useful, and the other thinks it's going to take over everything and cause human extinction.
