Multi-Language Exchange Fridays @ RUKIS (10+ attendees)
👋 **Host** (text/call if you can't find the group)
* Alisa +372 560 49 272 (call) / +972 585 77 45 37 (WA text)
Love languages? 👅 Want to practice speaking? Come to our meetup!
*How does it work? Simple!*
👉 Make a name tag with your name and languages that you speak/learn!
👉 Look for someone who has a language you want to practice - and strike a conversation!
*Important:*
* **Be comfortable to "eavesdrop"** **on a conversation** in a fascinating language you are not ready to speak yet - "I just want to listen" is a thing! ☝😎
* If someone joins you with this intention - **don't switch to English** (as you normally would, because you don't want to exclude your friend from a conversation!) - but in this setting - **keep talking!** You are giving others an opportunity to listen! 😁👂
Well, this is it... we are looking forward to seeing you on Friday! Let's discover unexpected language matches together! 🤩
📸Disclaimer: The host may take photos during the event for promotion purposes. If you do not agree with this, please inform the host directly at the beginning of the meetup, otherwise it will be understood as consent.
✅**Please RSVP** so that we could take your participation into account. Let the hosts know if you happen to be late. Invite friends and family who share your love for books and languages!

Friday Bible Study (in English)
To all locals, expats, and visitors in Tallinn, welcome!
My wife and I are delighted to invite you to study the Word of God with us every Friday at 5:30 p.m. in a casual setting, accompanied by coffee and tea.
We believe the Bible is entirely true, and we strive to live by its teachings. We also believe that the love of God is so powerful that it can touch hearts and heal what's broken in all of us.
Let's study Christianity together to help you find answers to questions like:
* What is the meaning of life?
* How do I deal with difficult situations?
* Who is God, and what is the Trinity?
* How can Jesus Christ help me?
* How can I forgive and treat others with love?
Please join us or reach out if you have any questions!
The meetups are in English.
NIA 5 STAGES CLASS Natural Power & Self-Healing
### **5 Stages of Development: Self-Healing & Somatic Movement** 🌿
**A Space to Restore, Realign, and Return to Your Natural Self**
Do you ever feel like your body is carrying a "suit of armor" from daily stress? Or perhaps you feel stiff, disconnected, or in chronic discomfort?
Join us at the **TAO KESKUS** in the heart of the Rotermanni Quarter for a unique self-healing practice. This is not a typical fitness class. It is an exploratory journey back to the **5 basic stages of human development**—the very movements we all mastered as infants (from rolling to walking).
#### **What is this session about?**
This practice is a multifaceted restoration process. It combines the depth of **myofascial release**, the gentleness of **restorative movement**, and the precision of **somatic practice**. We utilize our innate self-regulation system to "unlock" stagnant tissues and address chronic pain or functional restrictions.
#### **How we practice:**
* **Your Rhythm:** You follow your own internal pace. You may spend the entire class in minimal movement or even simply lying down if that is what your body needs today.
* **Adaptability:** Every movement is kindly tailored to your current state. You learn to listen to your body’s impulses and release personal blocks in the moment.
#### **The Five Stages of Growth:**
1. **Pulsation:** Finding support and releasing deep spinal tension.
2. **Homolateral Movement:** Balancing the right and left sides of the body.
3. **Cross-lateral Connections:** Synchronizing brain, muscles, and fascia to erase the effects of stress.
4. **Squatting:** Opening the hips and finding a solid foundation.
5. **Walking:** Integrating freedom and ease into your everyday gait.
***
### **📍 Logistics & Details**
* **Location:** **TAO KESKUS**, Rotermanni tn 2, Tallinn.
* **Time:** 11:00 AM (Please **arrive by 10:45** to settle in).
* **Fee:** 12€
* **Preparation:** No prior experience or special fitness level required. Just bring comfortable clothes that allow you to move and slide on the floor.

### **Why Join Us?**
This is a shared space where the presence of others helps you feel your own nature more deeply. You will gain a practical **self-help tool** that helps the organism realign and restore itself in a matter of minutes. Come and enjoy the flow of natural movement in a cozy, supportive atmosphere.

Azure CBUS February: Build Your Own MCP Server
### Tools in your AI's Toolbox : An introduction to MCP Servers
The generative AI revolution has unlocked unprecedented capabilities, but the next frontier is agency: empowering models to interact with, query, and act upon the world. The current challenge is the “N x M integration problem,” where every AI model requires a custom, brittle integration for each external tool or data source. This approach simply doesn’t scale. How can we give an AI access to our sales leads, code repositories, or IoT devices in a standardized, secure, and reusable way?
This session introduces Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open-source framework designed to solve this challenge and become the universal connector—the USB-C port—for AI. MCP standardizes how AI models discover and use external tools, moving beyond simple function-calling to a robust, client-server architecture. We will dive into how this open protocol is creating a new ecosystem for building powerful, context-aware AI agents.
Join this session for a developer-focused introduction where you will learn how to:
Understand the core concepts of the open-source Model Context Protocol and its architecture.
Utilize pre-built, open-source MCP servers to instantly connect AI to tools like Git, Slack, and databases.
Build a custom MCP server to securely expose your own proprietary data and APIs as tools for any compliant AI.
Move beyond bespoke integrations and contribute to a standardized, collaborative, and open ecosystem.
Stop building one-off connectors and start building intelligent agents. This session will give you the practical knowledge to leverage MCP and create the next generation of AI that doesn’t just talk, but does.

Intro to GitHub Copilot: Your AI Pair Programmer - Chris Steele
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you.
The building address is 4450 Bridge Park
The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400
**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is rapidly changing how developers write, understand, and maintain code. Powered by generative AI and deeply integrated into modern development environments, Copilot acts as an intelligent coding assistant, helping developers move faster while maintaining quality and focus.
In this session, we’ll explore what GitHub Copilot is, how it works, and where it fits into a real-world developer workflow. We’ll break down what Copilot can (and cannot) do, where it can be used, and how licensing differs for individuals and organizations. Most importantly, this talk goes beyond theory with a live, hands-on demo showcasing Copilot inside the IDE and on GitHub, demonstrating how it can assist with code generation, refactoring, learning new APIs, and accelerating day-to-day development tasks.
Designed for developers, technical leads, and engineering managers, this session provides a practical introduction to AI-assisted development, highlights best practices for getting value from Copilot, and closes with guidance on how to continue learning and evolving alongside this rapidly advancing tool.
Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how GitHub Copilot can enhance productivity, improve developer experience, and fit into modern software teams today, not someday.
