We begin with an energizing sequence to wake up the body, add a small playful challenge to build strength and confidence, and then slow down into calming stretches and guided relaxation. Welcome to the 2026 program in Ancestral Healing & Family Constellations with Meghan Kelly This is a trauma-informed, body-oriented program for healing our origins and accessing ancestral wisdom.
