Words Between The Lines: A Creative Blackout Poetry Experience
This playful, welcoming workshop invites you to explore self-empowerment through the art of blackout poetry. Black Out Poetry, or erasure poetry, involves selectively covering words from a printed page to make a new composition. Using existing texts, youāll uncover words and phrases that resonate with you, transforming ordinary pages into something personal and meaningful. In this workshop, we will examine ourselves and our views of the world, exploring how perspective and experience shape how we bring ourselves to the table.
No writing experience neededājust curiosity. Along the way, youāll slow down, tap into your inner voice, and connect with like-minded people in a relaxed, creative space where discovery and expression come first.
Get ready to experiment, play, meet others and have fun.

S=All out sprint

For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part.
Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'/km so this pace should feel very comfortable

Shamanic Drumming & Breathwork
for Alignment in Life Path
There are moments in time when life gently asks us to pause and listen more deeply. Around the 20th of February, an astrological alignment between Niobe and White Moon Selena brings forward themes connected to our life path, the places where we feel disconnected, unsupported, or held back from walking the path we know is ours.
Often, what blocks us is not the absence of direction, but the emotional weight we carry while trying to move forward. Inner struggle, grief, or silent resistance can create a sense of separation from purpose, flow, and trust.
This period, approximately one week before and after this date, brings these emotions to the surface, not to overwhelm us, but to be seen, released, and realigned.
This session is created as a space to support that process.
**What We Will Do**
š During this Unison Sacred Harmony session:
š Shamanic drumming and sound will be used to guide the nervous system into regulation and deep relaxation
š Breath will be used consciously to restore energy flow and inner stability
š The energetic field and chakra system will be supported to return to balance
Participants are guided into a state where clarity, grounding, and inner alignment can emerge naturally. This is not a performance or a meditation you need to ādo correctly.ā It is a space to receive, breathe, and allow your system to reset.
**Why This Date Is Special**
In addition to the NiobeāWhite Moon Selena alignment, the VenusāPart of Fortune conjunction highlights themes of value, worth, and material flow.
Energetically, this period supports:
š reconnecting with your natural direction
š releasing money or worthiness blocks
š restoring trust in your path
š opening to opportunities that align with who you truly are
Whether you feel stuck, tired, disconnected, or simply feel called to reconnect with yourself, this session offers a supportive environment to realign.
**Who This Session Is For**
This session may resonate with you if:
š You feel disconnected from your direction or purpose
š You experience inner resistance or emotional heaviness
š You feel blocked in abundance or financial flow
š You want to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner guidance
š You simply need space to slow down and rebalance
š No previous experience with breathwork or shamanic practices is required.

Forget the tourist crowds of Bincheāthis Sunday, weāre heading to Nivelles to experience one of Belgiumās oldest and most authentic folklore traditions!
Join us as the "City of the Aclots" wakes up to the sound of wooden clogs and brass bands for its 122nd Carnival. Weāll witness the "Cavalcade," see the world-famous Gilles in their towering ostrich-feather hats, and dodge (or catch!) flying oranges.
This is the perfect chance to tick off a major Belgian bucket-list item while meeting new people.

* 16:30 ā Tarte al Dājote Tasting: Weāll head to a local bakery or tavern to try the legendary Tarte al Dājote (a savory, cheesy chard tart). Itās been a local tradition since 1218āand itās "costaud" (strong)!

ā ļø Important Etiquette

How to Take Control of YOUR Mental Health
Itās time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind.
Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Here is the secret of being positive and free:
Thinking positively is not enough.
You also have to get rid of the negative thinking.
Your mind is like a garden.
You can plant many beautiful flowers in it, but if you don't get rid of the weeds when you plant your flowers, the weeds will soon take over the whole garden.
A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed.
You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there.
So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts? That's what this Meetup is all about. Attend this local meeting and find out!
The Meetup event will be led by a consultant who had helped many people live happier in life.
Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
This group is created by the Dianetics & Scientology life improvement center.

Libera Animae is an interfaith community focused on inner growth, creativity, and authentic connection. We desire to cultivate a space where all questions are welcome and each person is treated with compassion and respect.
Free in-person event: Take Control of Your Mental Health
Itās time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went?
Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you arenāt aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence?
Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of.
