**Step into the laid-back charm of Cosy Cave Conversations**, a Parisian philosophy chat that's more relaxed than a cat in a sunbeam 🐈 🌞 Gather with a bunch of easygoing souls, share thoughts on the good life and its mysteries, enjoy a beverage, and have a good laugh. La muraqaba est une méditation soufie silencieuse qui aide à purifier le cœur, à apaiser l’ego et à développer une perception plus subtile de la Réalité. C’est une pratique douce et accessible à tous, sans besoin d’expérience préalable. **COMMENT PRATIQUER** La méthode est simple : • S’asseoir confortablement, • Fermer les yeux, • Formuler intérieurement l’intention de la muraqaba, tout en tournant son attention vers son cœur, • Rester ainsi en silence pendant 40 minutes, en restant tourné vers son intériorité. **COMMENT COMMENCER** Nous dispensons des séances d'introduction à notre méthode de méditation en présentiel et sur zoom. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
