Hey everyone! I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂 To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. By focusing on what is, rather than seeking to adjust or fix, we’ll create a collective tapestry of movement that honors each person’s unique expression and our collective field. #### **A nod to analog and its gifts** The “On Tape” concept pays homage to the beauty of the analog experience – a fixed sequence, an “imperfect” sound and a tactile experience. #### ### **Flow of the evening** Doors open at 19.15 and close promptly at 19.45. Please note entry after 19.45 isn’t possible. * **Welcome + Introduction:** After a guided warm-up through the body, we’ll have a general welcome and introduction to the ***On Tape*** concept before we go into the dance. * **Dance + Music:** Let go of any preconceived notions you might have about dance. Unlike anything you’ve experienced before, there is no choreography or special moves in this space. The music is played in a form of a wave where the rhythms will rise to a crescendo and then gently fall – and you’ll get to discover how it feels to move to those beats, moment by moment. During the dance, you’ll be guided with some words of inspiration and invitations (never instructions) to enhance your experience. * **Take it Further – gathering after class:** Once the official dance is over, we open the space for all who want to stay and connect.
