Sono una massoterapista e insegnante di tecniche manuali e desidero diffondere la benefica pratica del massaggio a tutti, donne e uomini, di qualsiasi età e professione. Tratteremo zone comode come gli arti superiori e inferiori, in sicurezza ed efficacia. Conosceremo meglio il corpo umano, miglioreremo la postura e daremo finalmente spazio alla respirazione. Massaggiare e ricevere il massaggio aumenta il buon umore e riduce le tensioni muscolari, allora perché non stare insieme e imparare qualcosa di benefici e divertente? Portate un asciugamano e indossate un abbigliamento comodo (ad esempio una maglietta larga o una canotta, e un pantalone che possa essere sollevato fino al ginocchio, o pantaloncini). Alla finire, una piccola merenda per tutti!

You'll work through some guided prompts to help you review your past month and plan the next one with more intention. ​It's not a workshop. There won't be any productivity hacks or optimisation strategies. It's a chance to catch up with yourself before the next month pulls you under.
