We will brainstorm together in an Open Spaceāstyle format, where participants choose topics themselves about what we want to discuss from this broad topic - questions to help you get inspired:
What is the difference between spirituality and religion?
Is religion the apex of community?
How do we interact with the idea of spirituality and religion?
Afterwards, participants will form small groups to explore the questions and insights around the topics

Prague Travel Meetup
Prague Travel Meetup is a relaxed get-together for people who love traveling and exploring the world. Itās a place to meet like-minded people who understand the urge to pack up, head abroad, and see where the road takes you without a return ticket.
The idea is simple: grab a drink, share travel stories, exchange tips, and talk about the places weāve been and the ones still on our list. Itās also a great way to find people to explore Prague, the Czech Republic, or plan future adventures together.
We also have a fun travel quiz prepared for all travel enthusiasts. Letās see who really knows their countries and who has the fastest fingers!
For those who want to go a bit deeper, there is also space for longer, more structured presentations. If you feel like sharing a bigger travel story, an adventure, or a unique experience, let us know and we can schedule time for it.
Everyone is welcome: travelers, locals, expats, digital nomads, travel professionals, and anyone curious about the world.
Got questions or ideas? Feel free to contact us. Weāre always open to suggestions!
Open philosophical discussion in the heart of Prague
Welcome to the international Café Philo in Prague. We meet every first Saturday of the month in the cosy [Café Millème](https://store11473398.ecwid.com) in the center of Prague. We choose a participant randomly, by lottery, who then has the privilege to determine the topic of our discussion. We will reflect, ponder and exchange arguments until our brains are on fire. Philosophy isn't just something for universities, it is a way to open your mind to new thoughts and questions. No application is necessary, there is no entrance fee and there are no prerequisites for participating, except curiosity and respect for other people. We meet from 17:15 until 18:45 to follow together the white rabbit into the wonderland of philosophy...

Bad Girls Book Club March 2026
**Our March pick is *God of the Woods* by Liz Moore.**
**This monthās novel is an award-winning literary mystery that blends family drama with psychological suspense. It explores womenās voices and relationships while delivering an exciting, eerie, and deeply suspenseful story. The book is 576 pages in print or 14 hours and 35 minutes on audiobook.**
Early morning, August 1975: a camp counselor discovers an empty bunk. Its occupant, Barbara Van Laar, has gone missing. Barbara isnāt just any thirteen-year-old: sheās the daughter of the family that owns the summer camp and employs most of the regionās residents. And this isnāt the first time a Van Laar child has disappeared. Barbaraās older brother similarly vanished fourteen years ago, never to be found.
As a panicked search begins, a thrilling drama unfolds. Chasing down the layered secrets of the Van Laar family and the blue-collar community working in its shadow, Mooreās multi-threaded story invites readers into a rich and gripping dynasty of secrets and second chances. It is Liz Mooreās most ambitious and wide-reaching novel yet.
Humanist Program: Fighting the Efforts to Insert Religion into Public Education
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk.
Our March speakers are Molly Gaines and Zack Parrish, co-organizers of the Secular Education Association:
They will share their story of how a small group of Ohio parents grew into a national organization tracking released-time religious instruction and other churchāstate issues in public schools. The presentation will cover SEAās early wins and hard lessons, what weāre seeing nationally right now, and how local advocates can play a meaningful role in protecting public education. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the landscape ā and practical ways to get involved.
Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. You can meet us in-person or attend online

Engaging in menās work is the new way to forge friendships while being open-minded to personal growth. Many men experience healthier relationships, personally and professionally, by engaging in this work.
Open Menās Group is a container for men to share vulnerably without receiving judgment or feedback.
We believe that emotionally mature, powerful, compassionate, and purpose-driven men will help heal some of societyās deepest wounds. We support the powerful brilliance of men and we are willing to look at, and take full responsibility for, the pain we are also capable of creating ā and suffering. We care deeply about men, our families, communities, and the planet.

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!
Sunday Brunch
Sleep in on Sundays. When you've had your fill of pajama-time, roll out and have some tasty brunch with your fellow Humanists!
