We're going to have group boxing session with 5 people by the Mar Bella beach in Poblenou. The sessions will be led by Arthurs Astermov, a pro boxer who is great with beginners, and of course perefct if you're intermediate or advanced as well. The class will be a mix of technique, pad work and conditioning, so be ready to break a sweat :) Bring your boxing gloves if you have any, but don't worry if you don't as we can provide them, just let us know in advance.
