VTAG Volleyball Training for Beginners, Lower, and Intermediate Levels is a VTAG (Volleyball Train & Game) initiative designed specifically with volleyball beginners and lower and intermediate levels in mind. Our trainers will help you develop and improve your volleyball skills with a focus on foundations along with a solid understanding of positions and game rotations. **Here's what to expect from VTAG's beginner session:** * -(10-15) min: early arrival - get changed and ready to play * 10-15 min: group welcome and warm up * 1h 15min: training (defence, setting, attacking, 5-1 rotations etc.) * 20 min: practice game * 10 min: cool down and clean up **This group is for:** 1.
