This Vinyasa-based practice is designed to challenge and energize you, while always honouring the individual needs and limits of your body. Expect strong, flowing sequences that build strength, balance and flexibility, woven together with breath and presence. Each class offers a space to connect body, mind, and soul, not only through movement, but also through meditation and conscious stillness. The practice aims to leave you feeling grounded, spacious and fulfilled, never overwhelmed. All levels are welcome. Modifications and variations are always offered. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Come along, grab a coffee, shut up, and write! We will do at least two sessions of each 45 minutes of writing and two breaks. We will start the first writing session at 10:45.
