This is a weekday drinks night at ThinkWine, Central (Soho) . It is a specialist premium wine bar which also serves snacks. The seating is limited without high min spend per person , so I'm saying max 7 seats. You need to commit to buying at least one glass of wine and a snack or two, so in other words, be willing to spend $250 upwards per person. I'd probably suggest shared wine and cheese platter. We probably go on till about 9:30PM. To join, i'll need $100 pp to show your commitment. That will be refunded on the night. I'll need 2 days notice if you pull out. As a new yoga teacher, I’m excited to share a practice that builds strength and mobility through Hatha Yoga and simple mobility movements. In this class, we’ll move with mindful breath and purposeful movement, using foundational poses and flowing sequences to wake up the body, improve joint mobility, and build functional strength. My intention is to create a supportive space where we practice together, learn from each other, and cultivate calm, focus, and presence both on and off the mat.
