From the nice lookout bridges at Lower Seletar, we'll walk through a tunnel along the Springleaf PCN river to Springleaf Nature Park and continue to Rocket Tower at Upper Seletar Reservoir to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. Thereafter, we'll continue with a Food Tour to check out the nice food & eateries along Springleaf row of shop-houses for dinner/ drinks (optional) eg. the famous Ampang Yong Tau Foo, Springleaf Prata etc. beside the Springleaf Mrt Station. Flow class is a style of yoga that is moving from one posture to another posture in synchronizing with our breath. The class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow Yoga These may include standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. Then the class will end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based yoga poses.
