內容：中級訓練主要是讓有基本水曲水平、或對使用呼吸管及腳蹼有信心之人士參與。訓練內容更多集中於陣型、戰術運用，並有較多比賽時間。也歡迎時間上未能參與基礎課程之朋友參與體驗。 Content: Intermediate + training focuses more on UWH formations and tactics, and will put into practice in games. All UWH players with basic skills or swimmers/divers confident using snorkel and fins are welcomed. For beginners, you are welcomed as well if you couldn't join our basic training. 泳池：此乃室內恆溫泳池。深度由約1.2米至1.8米。適合具水曲B1程度或以上之隊員進行戰術訓練、競賽等訓練項目的場地。 The pool: Is an indoor heated pool. Depth from approximately 1.2 to 1.8m.
