We haven’t seen them before, but they sound fantastic in their videos! Pronounced "Tune-a-matics”, this unique group is a combination of two lead vocalist bandleaders, each from their own well established local band. Their friendship brought them together to enjoy the opportunity to "downsize" and play the songs they love. It adds up to a diversified song list spanning the decades from the 60s through today, and performances that have drawn accolades for their engaging delivery of good songs for good times! Tunematics includes guitarist Scott Butler from Vienna's Party Band, "Fat Chance" and Tim Wynne, veteran bassist from DC's legendary band "Sinbad" and "The Odyssey Band of DC".

Network with an average of 60+ business professionals, all attendees get an opportunity to give a 30 second elevator pitch, enjoy a light breakfast, 10 minute educational presentation on topics that change weekly, and enjoy networking before and after the meet up.

Attendance is $35 (cash, credit/debit card, or ApplePay - paid at the door), which includes water/soda/coffee, bread, choice of a plated lunch entrée, and a dessert assortment. Please join us for our first Romance Book Discussion Club of 2026! Location is at my apartment in Dupont. Address and details will be provided to attendees closer to the meeting. As always, you do not need to read a book that falls into both categories, you're welcome to read whatever you like, but many members find it fun to explore and try new tropes and subgenres. For our "best of the best" the theme is **best redemption or grovel** of a character. So be thinking of a book you've read at any point that would fall into that category. A couple of suggestions to get people thinking: - *Aurora Rising* by Jessie Mihalik, sci-fi romance with a bodyguard trope. - *White Horse Black Nights* by Evie Marceau, fantasy romance with bodyguard/escort via horse through a dangerous forest. As for unhinged....that's about half the books I read, so that'd be a long list. "Unhinged" can be interpreted as campy, unrealistic/ridiculous, spicy, weird etc. However you interpret the prompt, feel free to include it! I also love a good bodyguard trope, but never read them enough, so I'd love to some recommendations myself! As always, please do sound off in the comments about suggestions for books or authors.

Let's get together in a warm and open atmosphere to talk about ethical non-monogamy and how we actually do it. Ask for advice, give some in return, meet and mingle with your peers. Let's kick back and get to know each other and learn a few things. TOPIC: What would you like to do differently in your relationships going forward this year? What did you do last year that really didn't work? What's your stretch goal? The location of our group will rotate between VA and MD.
