Together, participants explore how capitalist working cultures shape our nervous systems toward chronic overwhelm and isolation—and how we can cultivate embodied resistance. **Beyond Overwhelm** relates to embodied learning circles with clear links to social change, aiming to practice together and empower their members to gain agency and take action.
