1. If you've been dreaming about split for long time - I am helping for men and women to become closer to their goals, following personally developed set of exercises that are combining gymnastics, dance and pilates for working on your muscle strength and endurance. Restoring and improving joints mobility.
2. Flexibility - prevention of future injuries (a stretched body is injury-resistant and is not afraid to take an uncomfortable position);
3. If you are involved in any other sport activity - flexible body is a MUST to increase your motion and achieve higher results.

Our models are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Whether you've never done improv before, or you've done it for so long you knew Del Close on a personal level, or anywhere in between, come join us! Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup** for some fun and games! The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. Not only is it a lot of fun, but you get to work on thinking faster on your feet, plus it's an excellent way to meet new people and make friendships that'll last a lifetime!
