[Συμμετοχή μπορείτε να δηλώσετε πατώντας εδώ.](https://luma.com/yj7n3e27) ​ ⏳Για περίπου τρεις ώρες πάμε να "χαθούμε" μέσα της και να γίνουμε ένα με αυτήν! ​ 📹Το scouting και η βιντεοσκόπηση έγιναν 5 Μαΐου εξού οι φωτογραφίες που βλέπετε παρακάτω! ​ 🦋 Πρόκειται για μία πανέμορφη κυκλική διαδρομή 9,5 χιλιομέτρων με χαμηλό βαθμό δυσκολίας κατάλληλη και για αρχάριους με καλή φυσική κατάσταση! ​Η αρχική κατεύθυνση είναι προς σπήλαιο Πανός από Κρύα Πηγή Φυλής με ενδιάμεση αλλαγή πορείας προς το ρέμα της Γκούρας. Τα πρώτα 4 χιλιόμετρα είναι μέσα σε πανέμορφα γραφικά μονοπάτια βγαλμένα μέσα από παραμύθι. Η υπόλοιπη διαδρομή είναι πιο ξεκούραστη σε απόλυτα ομαλό δασικό δρόμο μέσα στο δάσος! ​ ⚠️ Ωστόσο πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι υπάρχει ένα μικρό σημείο στο μονοπάτι περίπου 200 μέτρων που είχε καεί στην τελευταία πυρκαγιά. Εκεί έχει επέμβει η δασική υπηρεσία και έχει κόψει καμένους κορμούς δέντρων με αποτέλεσμα να καθιστούν εκείνα τα 200 μέτρα δύσβατα. Θα πρέπει να περάσουμε πάνω από τους κομμένους κορμούς! 🤷🏻‍♂️ ​ ⚠️ Η ακριβής διάρκεια της δραστηριότητας θα εξαρτηθεί από τον ομαδικό ρυθμό βάδισης καθώς και τις στάσεις που θα κάνουμε. ​Σύσταση για υποδήματα με αντιολισθητική σόλα. 1. ​750ml νερό τουλάχιστον μαζί σας. 2. **Weather permitting**, we’ll take a casual ride from Pickerington Ponds (Glacier Knoll) to Three Creeks and back. Distance is **18–25 miles**, depending on where we turn around and whether we add a side loop. Pace is around **12 mph**, but this is a fun, no‑drop ride — we can slow down as needed. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. Since many of us haven't yet had the opportunity to meet, we'll begin by getting to know one another and sharing what brought us to this community. We'll also explore one of the most common challenges many women experience during this season of life: sleep. Whether you're navigating insomnia, waking up in the middle of the night, racing thoughts, night sweats, exhaustion, burnout, or simply not feeling rested, you're not alone. This will be a relaxed, low-pressure coffee shop meetup focused on connection and conversation. No need to prepare anything. No pressure to share. Come as you are.
