**Spiritual Business Management** is a *1-day experiential workshop* designed to apply **esoteric and spiritual laws** to managing both *life and business*. Rather than traditional corporate training focused purely on techniques, it adds a new perspective in *energy work, meditation, and ancient wisdom* to enhance success, productivity, and harmony in professional and personal settings.
The course is structured around several powerful concepts designed to give attendees an "edge" in the workplace.
***Get to learn...***
* **Management by the Seven Rays**: Based on the esoteric teaching that seven energies govern creation, you will learn to understand human archetypes. This provides deep insights into your own personality and those of your colleagues, helping to improve professional relationships and team dynamics.
* **The Science of Life Cycles (Right Timing)**: You will be taught how to identify and leverage the natural cycles that govern life and nature. By understanding this rhythm, you can discern the right timing for actions and initiatives to align with natural energies for greater success.
* **Stress & Energy Management through Meditation**: Practical, simple meditation and breathing techniques are core to the curriculum. These tools are designed to rapidly recharge the physical body and mind, dissolve stress, and maintain a sense of calm and sharp mental clarity—even when under pressure and needing to make critical decisions.
* **Productivity & Efficiency**: Learn systematic ways to prioritize activities and practice "one-pointedness" to increase efficiency . The goal is to achieve more in less time with greater output.
* **Personal Empowerment**: You will develop stronger leadership skills that inspire confidence. The spiritual empowerment from the practices is said to result in increased strength, clarity of goals, and dynamism to handle any business situation.
* **Harmonious Work Environment**: The course provides techniques to bridge the gap between management and the workforce. By fostering mutual respect and creating a positive organizational environment, you can boost overall employee productivity and return on investment and much, much more!
While the teachings are rooted in ancient spiritual wisdom, this workshop is highly practical and structured for the modern world.
Participants would be able to apply what they learn with tangible outcomes that can benefit both their professional and personal lives!

"The Low-Voltage Encounter"
## ***The Unhurried Table***
**Once a week, a few of us share a simple meal together. That is the heart of it.**
If your week has been heavy, your home feels too quiet, or you just need a place to be, there is a seat for you. This is a small, low-pressure gathering of about 6-8 people.
**What to expect:**
* **Free and Easy:** You can sit, eat, listen, and leave whenever you wish.
### ***Space to just be.***
We are people of faith. Near the end of our time, we read a short passage from the Holy Bible together and pray for one another, if you have any prayer request. You are welcome simply to be present for this—to listen, or to sit in the quiet, to take a break in godly fellowship.
> You do not need a reason to come. You need only a chair, and we have one saved for you.
**Come to the table as you are. Take a break. Rest.**
* *"Think of it as a sanctuary of plates and presence, where God is encountered not in what is said, but in the peace of the unsaid."*

Kirtan - Music meditation (Every First Friday of the month)
Many of us think of yoga as physical exercises to enhance one’s physique, with an occasional short meditation for its calming effects. But that is only the tip of the iceberg. How to we deal with our intense human emotions or trauma that accumulated as we progress in our lives?
According to ancient yoga, the human body is made up of the multiple layers—physical, mental, emotional; and there are many practices to bring light to our being.
Emotions are vital and sacred; like pockets of energy waiting to be released; emotions are not obstacles but our guiding lights to finding the ultimate bliss in life. The ancient yogis gave us Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion, to channel that energy and guide us back to our source.
Bhakti is about a relationship with the universe and it is all encompassing that it embraces every color on the emotional spectrum. In Bhakti Yoga, we lead with our hearts. We sing, we dance, we play music, write poetry, cook, paint and do everything with love —as part of our interaction with the Divine.
Kirtan, the practice of chanting mantras, is perhaps the most important technique in bhakti yoga (Man means “Mind” and Tra means “to Control”).
The practice is simple but internally it works magic in our hearts. Externally, we’re just repetitively singing with simple melodies and a few Sanskrit words. But it helps us to put our analytical minds aside and singing from within. We sing from our heart that is crying out for love. We channel whatever emotion we’re feeling into our voice.
Deep healing happens, walls will melt, wounds will heal, trauma will heal, hate & unforgiveness will dissolve. Long-submerged emotions come to the surface.
As we sing, we immerse ourselves in an endless river of love from the universe. And we enter into a meditative & blissful state that allow our hearts to heal and re-open the infinite universal source of love within us.
There is no need to understand the language of the mantra. No need for mental speculation nor any intellectual adjustment. It is automatic, from the spiritual platform, and anyone can take part without any previous qualification.
Join us for Kirtan to heal our hearts:

Interval Walk Training (IWT)—alternating fast-paced walking with slow, recovery-paced walking—is a highly effective, low-impact workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, boosts metabolism, and strengthens muscles. It is superior to steady walking for lowering blood pressure, improving aerobic capacity, reducing visceral fat, and enhancing insulin sensitivity.
**Key Health Benefits of Interval Walk Training (IWT):**
* **Improved Cardiovascular Health:** IWT strengthens the heart and enhances blood circulation by raising and lowering the heart rate, similar to a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session.
* **Superior Metabolic Control:** It is particularly effective for managing blood sugar and increasing insulin sensitivity, making it ideal for managing or preventing type 2 diabetes.
* **Weight Management & Metabolism:** The "afterburn effect" from high-intensity intervals continues to burn calories after the workout ends, aiding in fat loss.
* **Increased Aerobic Capacity & Physical Fitness:** Studies indicate that switching paces consistently improves overall stamina and endurance better than continuous walking.
* **Muscle & Bone Strengthening:** It strengthens the legs and core, while improving bone density, which is crucial for preventing osteoporosis in older adults.
* **Improved Mental Health:** It aids in stress reduction, improves sleep quality, boosts energy, and elevates mood through the release of endorphins.
* **Accessible and Sustainable:** The training is low-risk and highly adaptable to various fitness levels, making it popular for improving longevity and mobility in adults over 60.

10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour.
11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing.

Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington.
The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo.
Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine.
We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you.
The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly.
Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome.
The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit.
Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
Feel free to message me privately wth any questions and/ or concerns you may have.
Happy writing!
