🌿Yoga al Parco Nord: Risveglia corpo e mente Domenica mattina ti aspettiamo al Parco Nord per una pratica di yoga dinamico ispirata all’Ashtanga. Un’occasione per immergersi nel verde e dedicarsi del tempo. Inizieremo con una fase energizzante: movimenti fluidi, lavoro sul core e saluti al sole ☀️ per risvegliare il corpo. Impareremo assieme qualche arm balance per poi sciogliere le tensioni con aperture del petto e posizioni più dolci. Chiuderemo con un profondo Savasana per un vero momento di relax. La lezione è dinamica ma adatta a tutti, anche a chi non pratica da molto. Dopo la pratica, ci fermiamo insieme per un rinfresco e distriibuiremo un "pensierino yogico" da portare a casa.
