๐ฎ Career Clarity: Less Overthinking, Better Career Moves
**Career Clarity: how to stop second-guessing and finally unlock the work youโre meant to do**
Too many capable, high-performing professionals stay stuck, not because they lack talent, but because theyโre caught in overthinking, self-doubt, and unclear direction.
In this session, weโll unpack how to gain real career clarity and turn self-awareness into decisions that actually move your career forward.
What youโll learn:
โจ Get unstuck fast by understanding why your career isnโt moving, and what actually fixes it
โจ Activate your Unfair Advantage by identifying the strengths and patterns that set you apart
โจ Craft a magnetic career message so employers immediately get your value
โจ Increase visibility without being louder through conversations & credibility, signalling
โจ Interview to land offers using psychology, story, and strategy
A practical, no-BS roadmap to a career that fits your brain, your energy, and your ambition, and puts an end to the second-guessing.
**Speaker**
โจ Anna Findlay is a career coach who helps ambitious but overlooked women step into $200K+ careers without pretending to be someone theyโre not.
A reformed corporate โfailure,โ Anna knows this journey firsthand. She spent years as a quiet achiever; capable, overworked, and stuck in roles that didnโt reflect her potential.
By studying what actually builds dream careers (positioning, storytelling, and strengths-based personal branding). Anna was able to transform her own career. She went from a $60K role she hated to doubling her salary in under a year, doing work she loved (and then doubling it again), being headhunted for 4 of her last 5 roles, landing multiple offers without applying, and pivoting across 4 industries with no prior experience.
Today, Anna runs Career AccelerateHER, a 90-day coaching program that helps high-potential women position their strengths, communicate their value, and get seen by the right decision-makers, so they can finally step into careers that match their capability, ambition, and worth.
**Panelists**
โจ Viv Farrington - the Founder and Principal Consultant at Muse Digital, a people-first recruitment agency connecting Australiaโs best product, design, and engineering talent with future-focused brands. Deeply embedded in the design and tech community, Viv is known for her integrity, market insight, and ability to match people and teams based on craft, culture, and long-term fit โ not just CVs.
โจ Nabila Farhat is a Career Coach and former senior recruiter who helps high-performing professionals become First Choice Hires. Drawing on 10+ years in recruitment and a background in psychology, Nabila works with mid-to-senior leaders to sharpen their positioning, communicate their value, and land roles that reflect their true capability, influence, and earning potential.

Meetup in the Park: Minimal living and Tiny Home Living
**About this event:** Have you been dreaming of going tiny? Are you curious about minimal living, off-grid setups, or just downsizing your life in Victoria?
You are not alone! We are launching a new community for enthusiasts to connect, share stories, and support one another.
(Please book ticket in EventBrite [here](https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/monthly-minimal-living-meetup-tiny-home-tickets-1983064391979?utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&utm-medium=discovery&utm-term=listing&utm-source=cp&aff=ebdsshcopyurl) )
Imagine a life with less clutter, less debt, and more freedom.
We are building a community in Victoria for those who want to step away from the traditional housing market and embrace tiny homes and minimal living.
For our first-ever meetup, we are keeping it simple. Weโll meet in the park to introduce ourselves and discuss what we want to create together. Whether you want to talk about the technical side (trailers, solar, regulations) or the lifestyle side (downsizing, remote work), this is the place to start.
Come along, make new friends, and letโs talk about how to make big dreams happen in tiny spaces.
Please book your ticket https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/monthly-minimal-living-meetup-tiny-home-tickets-1983064391979?utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&utm-medium=discovery&utm-term=listing&utm-source=cp&aff=ebdsshcopyurl
**What to expect:** This is a strictly casual, unstructured meetup. No presentations, no sales pitches, and no pressure. Just a relaxed afternoon in the park with like-minded people.
Weโre simply gathering to discuss:
* Who is already living the tiny life?
* Who is dreaming/planning?
* What are the local hurdles (council rules, finding land, etc.)?
* How can we support each other?
**Who should come:** Whether you have your tiny house plans drawn up, you're already living in one, or you just watched a documentary and thought "I could do that"โyou are welcome here.
**What to bring:**
* A camping chair or picnic rug.
* Your own snacks/drinks.
* Sun protection (or an umbrellaโit is Melbourne/Victoria after all!).
**About Your Host**
Hi, Iโm Karen. After exploring over 50 countries, Iโve chosen Melbourne as my home. As an entrepreneur, Iโve come to realize that we don't need much to be truly happy. In fact, nature provides us with so many "free luxuries"โfrom sunlight to green spacesโthat we often overlook in the modern world.
I am channeling this philosophy into building my own tiny home in Victoria this year. I started this group because I realized that while the tiny house movement is growing, the journey can feel a bit lonely. I want to build a supportive local community where we can share resources, untangle the regulations, and help each other turn these small dreams into reality.
* **Wet Weather Plan:** (e.g., "If it rains, we will move to a cafe close by.")

As we sip and enjoy delicious bites, we'll share tips on time management, self-care strategies, and how to overcome the challenges of juggling babies and business. Connect with fellow women small business owners, single mums, and mums of all stages to build a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Let's empower each other to thrive both as mothers and successful entrepreneurs!

Walk & Coffee: Gardiners Creek-Anniversary Trail 9km for beginners
***
Enjoy a **structured Sunday morning walk** designed for people who want to **build walking fitness** and prepare for **longer walks or hikes**.
This is **not a social or chat-focused walk**. Weโll maintain a **steady, consistent pace** to help build endurance. While this is still suitable for beginners, participants should be comfortable walking continuously and aiming to improve their fitness over time.
The total distance is approximately **9 km**, starting on the **Anniversary Trail**, crossing onto the **Ferndale Trail**, and returning to the start via the **Gardiners Creek Trail**. The route follows well-maintained paths and is ideal for practising longer distances in a controlled environment.

**This walk is suitable for:**
* People preparing for longer walks or hikes
* Those wanting to build distance and endurance
* Beginners who are ready to walk continuously at a steady pace
The pace will be moderately brisk but not fast compared to my longer evening walks. We will not be stopping often regroup. I will pause at the turns to help ensure no one misses them. **By attending, you agree to match the pace and stay in sight of the group or be comfortable navigating your own way around.**
**What to bring:**
