Un viaje para reconectar con tu Yo Superior y abrir tus canales energéticos desde el amor, la intención y la luz. Esta práctica ha sido canalizada y desarrollada por Venant Wong y abre la puerta a una de las fuerzas más poderosas que habitan en el ser humano: la energía Kundalini. A diferencia de otros métodos tradicionales, Kundalini Activation no se basa en el esfuerzo ni la voluntad, sino en la rendición consciente. Tú te entregas y la energía hace el resto. La fuerza vital desciende desde el chakra corona hasta el chakra raíz, donde se activa la Kundalini y comienza a fluir de forma equilibrada en ambos sentidos. Esto genera un proceso de despertar gradual y profundo, frecuentemente descrito como natural y amoroso. **¿Cómo se desarrolla el taller?** Iniciamos con movimientos guiados al ritmo de la música para que la energía empiece a fluir por cada chakra. Tras una breve pausa, realizamos posturas básicas de Kundalini yoga acompañadas de breathwork, con el propósito de limpiar y armonizar cuerpo y energía. Durante la sesión principal, cada participante se recuesta cómodamente sobre un mat, se aísla de estímulos externos con antifaz (proporcionado en el taller) y se deja envolver por música cuidadosamente seleccionada. La facilitadora presiona suavemente puntos energéticos clave (chakras o meridianos) para abrir los canales y permitir que la energía fluya. Desde fuera todo parece sutil, pero el verdadero viaje ocurre dentro. **¿Qué puedes experimentar?** Cada experiencia es única. Pueden aparecer movimientos espontáneos, liberaciones emocionales, visiones, risas, llanto, cantos o estados de profunda quietud. No hay una experiencia predecible. La energía actúa según lo que cada persona necesita en ese momento. Y lo más importante: lo que ocurre después de la sesión también forma parte del proceso. Algunas personas sienten paz inmediata.
